Denver elections results: Turnout low, mayoral race faces ru

That low turnout is leading to tight races between candidates. Already, the city is poised for a mayoral runoff in June, but there might also be a runoff election for the City Council's 9th and 10th districts too, in which no candidate holds a clear majority.
