Delta APC Federal Lawmaker, Waive, Begs Governor Okowa For T

The All Progressives Congress (APC) member representing Ughelli North, Ughelli South, Udu federal constituency of Delta state in the House Of Representatives, Francis Ejiroghene Waive is said to have begged the state governor, Ifeanyi Okowa for a Toyota Land Cruiser (SUV) termed 'operational' car.   Okowa is also the vice-presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
