Delhi High Court tells authorities why dairies can't be near

A Division Bench of Acting Chief Justice Manmohan and Justice Manmeet Pritam Singh Arora said that dairy colonies must be relocated to areas with proper sewage, drainage and biogas facilities and ample open spaces.
