Delhi High Court issues summons on suit by Abhijit Iyer Mitr

Mitra's account was suspended in July after he put out a tweet saying that the son of a sitting judge of the Supreme Court was on NDTV and its editor had furnished the bail bond of ‘close friend’ Zubair.
