The single-judge bench of Justice Prathiba Singh on March 28 directed M/s Vivo Mobile India Pvt Ltd and M/s Grand Prospect International Communication Pvt Ltd to file interim applications along with their appeals before the appellate tribunal and these applications may be taken up by the tribunal within four weeks and "shall be adjudicated expeditiously".
