Dbeibeh's government to launch 2nd edition of Libya Stabiliz

The Tripoli-based Government of National Unity, led by Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh, is preparing for launch a second edition of the 'Libya Stabilization Conference', announced Foreign Minister Najla Mangoush on Friday.
