Sharing a name with his 1970 film/screenplay, the new movie is set to begin filming on August 2. Few details about the forthcoming project have been made available, but a new report by IndieWire points out that the project will star frequent Cronenberg collaborator Viggo Mortensen, who hinted that the pair were working on a new project earlier this year.
