Dangerous wind chill closes school in Alexandria on Monday, Feb. 15

A forecast for dangerous wind chills from 25 to 45 degrees below zero has prompted the Alexandria School District to cancel school for all grade levels on Monday, Feb. 15.
The school district said the day will be counted as a snow day and students will have the day off from instruction. Additionally, Compass is closed and all activities are canceled.
