Dallas nonprofit helps formerly incarcerated people start their own businesses
With employment options scarce for the formerly incarcerated, the Dallas Entrepreneur Center Network at Red Bird has launched a new program.

The Dallas Entrepreneur Center Network at Red Bird wants to help formerly incarcerated people become entrepreneurs with Second Start, an eight-week boot camp sharing entrepreneurial knowledge and resources on how to start your own business.
NTX Inno last week reported on the program’s curriculum, which puts an emphasis on mentorship and business fundamentals including social media management and cash flow management.
