Fan incidents during the NBA playoff games on Wednesday night were rampant, and the third one in three games occurred during the Utah Jazz-Memphis Grizzlies.
Three Jazz fans were removed from Game 2 and banned from Vivint Arena Wednesday night after an apparent incident involving the family of Grizzlies star Ja Morant.
Morant’s dad, Tee Morant, detailed what happened in the stands in an interview with ESPN Thursday. He said there were three separate incidents in the stands that went beyond regular heckling.
"I know heckling. We were doing that the whole game. But that's different than heckling. That's straight-up disrespectful. That was too far out of line. You don't say nothing like that heckling. That's beyond heckling," Tee Morant told ESPN.
