I do want to thank the city of washington for hosting us. I also want to thank the audio Dealer Association for putting on this autoshow every year in helping us coordinate the hearing. I really do think this is an exciting time for the automotive sector, a host of new technologies have emerged in recent years. Lightweight materials like carbon fiber, titanium, and Aluminum Composites are increasing vehicle efficiency and boosting performance. At the same time, advanced Manufacturing Technologies like 3d printing are decreasing the time and cost of bringing new concepts to market. This increases productivity of our automotive suppliers. That a new generation of batteries and teslas model three it also includes the Hydrogen Powered toyota. While technologies are changing, so to our policies in many countries across the mat. In the past year, number of nations have issued new targets, mandates and regulations. Have committed to having powered 10 of the vehicles sold by an automaker should be electric by the year 2019 with annual targets increasing after that. Here in the united states, i think we are going to do what we do best. Probably better than anyone in the world. That is innovate.
