They got to know new jersey and my wife im here to talk about something that happened to me that could happen to you or your sons your nephew husbands i was on top of the world, just retired from harvard after teaching their 50 years without a single complaint of any kind leveled against me among the highest ratings as a teacher teaching 10000 students altogether and i was given honorary degrees the time in my life to sit back and reflect on what i had accomplished growing up in brooklyn into graduating college for the first my family now suddenly a woman i never met i am told accuse me of having sex with her when she was under age i never had sex with anybody under age even when i was underage. I tried but in my day marriage license were not preceded. I was married in 20 years old that was my life my wife and i we known each other 36 years and had a wonderful marriage and it just came out of the blue like somebody scribbled my name on the bathroom wall. I didnt take it seriously and neither did my wife but she accused me along with another person so because of that it got a lot of publicity and attention so immediately from the day i was accused i said number one and never met her it didnt happen there will not be a photograph or a witness no evidence because i never met her not only that im a fanatic of keeping records and since 1964 i keep this little in my back pocket and only electronics i used three or four year here it is riverdale 7 00 oclock lunch today television 9 30 a. M. Lunch with grandmother tomorrow. My life is in these books. I can prove where i was every single day during the two years this woman was with Jeffrey Epstein i could prove i could not be where she was on his island on his ranch i proved it categorically but that wasnt enough i showed it to her lawyer her lawyer went through all of my records not these i could fake this these to me what to look for look at my American Express count or the video for i had to travel to Charleston South Carolina i have the airline so i have categorical documented proof and he says it would have been impossible for you to be in those places she is wrong. Simply wrong he was and even asked about saying that he denied it i never said anything like that. But i have them on tape and the tape is clear to say its impossible. I wish he said under oath because he would be in jail under perjury but he didnt really see if he does i proclaim my innocence and say im happy to testify at any trial in any case i hire the former director of the fbi and said a friend of mine who was relatively wealthy gave him a phenol control of the investigation. Come to whatever conclusion you think is right the look you filed and withdrew it. And said it was a mistake to file it the judge struck it between her and a journalist those exploits in the book she says she saw me once discussing business with epstein and then talks all the people she did have sex with who knows if she is telling the truth George Mitchell former Prime Minister of israel, Bill Richardson the owner of the hyatt hotel, the man who invented Artificial Intelligence and on and on and interviewed by the f vi under penalty of perjury she describes all the people she had sex with never had sex with me. Suddenly she meets her lawyers. And that the best friend record the conversation consensually she never wanted to name me she was pressured to naming by her lawyers. I didnt know the reason i assume is financial his best friend gets in touch with me the plan was to go to the owner of victorias secret who is worth 7 billion you see the reputation has been destroyed and dragged to the gutter so my client says you did the same thing to her that dershowitz did to her with one exception but you made her aware of victorias secret type lingerie. And would totally destroy the company. But they accused him in private. So they are trying to say doesnt matter its a shakedown were not to pay anything. So the lawyer calls me and says its a shakedown. Go have the meeting with the lawyers you know what happens he calls and tells me there was a meeting and tells me she was accusing them but not what the outcome of the meeting was but one thing we do know that wexlers name disappear small pleadings and briefs and accusations theres only two possible explanations that he is an honorable and good lawyer and listen to the arguments and he believed him so he would not go forward he wouldnt lie about him having sex seven times but then what about me . Or he thinks shes telling the truth then he will let the richest man in america off the hook. We dont know the question how much money he paid but we will find out in trial because they made a big mistake and they sued me that open this up to deposition and discovery and we will find out whether it was hush money or extortion or if they came to the conclusion she was lying and could not be believed this woman has a strongly one extremely long history of lying. She writes and testifies she met tipper gore and al gore they were sitting together and couldnt keep their eyes off each other thats when i was so surprised when i got divorced the only time al gore left his wifes side was to take a walk with Jeffrey Epstein on the beach of his island very detailed story she got the mail of wanted to tell that story but theres only one little problem al gore and tipper gore never met him they were never on his island the story is completely made up she then tells another story and says bill clinton was flown to the island on a helicopter that she had become a pilot just a few weeks earlier was secret service can you imagine the president to be flown by a rookie pilot . That didnt happen. So to check back with his sources we have conclusive evidence bill clinton was never on the island or flu in the helicopter secret Service Agents and she made up the whole story she said she was 14 years old when she met him check the employment records her own records she was 17 and age of consent in new york in england and most other places that she lied about her age to make her under age to call the people out so she has a long history of lying is caught lying her and more her lawyers admit she is wrong i urge you to go on to the internet google me and go on twitter you will see the names. To imagine what it must feel for my grandchild one daughter is a feminist now a student my grandson is a student they have friends there age when you are accused people believe it. s i went to a life of honor to a life of dishonor recently the 92nd street why the paragon to give a speech with him about came out this year they had me speaking about my book called defending israel can you imagine a better topic to speak . Sorry we cannot have you this year you have been accused. We dont believe it that we dont want trouble we dont want protest so now on aim blacklisted from television stations and the why because they say a person that is accused should not be allowed on television because her father had also been accused in surely she would not have wanted him to be on television or campaigning to run for president of the united states. The double standard is obvious if you defend yourself its a political sin its you are attacking a woman i was attacked on television by fox because i was tough on the woman who accused me although how dare you use that i will continue to do that. When i die my wife will tell the truth and then when she dies my children and my grandchildren. My friends told me to write the book if you write the book itll bring more attention. They still dont understand me. I dont want it to go away. I want to disprove it categorically so i wrote the book and i have all the documents the fbi interviews that narrative the email she tried to suppress the tape recordings of her lawyers coming away with any doubt whatsoever this woman made up the story completely and i never met her out of her own mouth yet people continue to believe it i will never be invited to speak at another College Commencement is to speak every year. And by the way its not the accusation because remember i was accused in 2014 and by 2015 i was completely vindicated the lawyers withdrew it was a mistake they were on tape i was clear. Then something happened once the Metoo Movement everything was resurrected everything from the past came out now suddenly with no change of facts actually the evidence is much stronger for me we found hidden manuscript and a lot more evidence so the evidence was even more overwhelming and never met her but metoo they just were afraid and would get pushback from the board of directors and large contributors what if we get in trouble get somebody whos not controversial. I remember this. Very similar but go i grew up in the fifties i was the president of the Student Government in college they were trying to fire professors. Of the Brooklyn College department his name is eugene the father of Justice Scalia the nicest man to meet but he believed they should not be at colleges if they were accused and that was enough i was very anticommunist we grew up in a house where he hated stalin. But because i defended the right of people accused they refused to recommend me to law school so to fight with that same vigor that i thought the mccarthy is above the fifties and forties and i will not rest until the truth comes out. And she sued me for defamation i have sued her back and then to consider the option back. And blogs about israel the time. And well probably sue him to. This is not the way a thought i would spend my retirement in court i said all my life i would never try to censor anybody or stop anybody from making these accusations but let me tell you how it works so this woman accuse me all over the newspapers because she accused me in court papers and those are privileged. Of course her lawyers leaked that to the newspaper and told them to put in the headline so here i am accused of having sex with underage at that time she said she was it doesnt matter to me because i never met her and then when i responded said shes lying its not true its a very unlevel Playing Field she can deny them but i cannot sue her for making them so we are challenging that in court to see if we can level the Playing Field just like ive been accused in court papers all i do is tell the truth how he went to the meeting but he sues me because i called him an extortionist so now he has his own career on the line now i can take all the background of what he did to the Harvey Weinstein case he hired people to intimidate journalist and hired by the New York Times to be their lawyer and on weinstein behalf he wanted to intimidate journalist from the New York Times. But they fired him for fury to say it was on outrageously unethical in a conflict of interest you may remember that case thats the woman who invented a new way to take blood that was a shame he was her lawyer so he was on the board of directors and a lawyer there is a conflict of interest. But the most interesting case emma klein wrote the book about girls so her boyfriend sued her that she got the idea from him he produces a draft complaint that hes going to file unless they get all the money and he outlines her entire sex life and her fantasies and photographs why do you put that in a draft complaint and then not violent unless you try to get money . Thats not proper for anybody to do we will bring that out we will have a very interesting trial and we will be confronting each other we may have the advantage of having an enormous law firm on the side i have enough faith in the legal system to believe in the end truth will prevail. But my lawyers tell me it will cost 3 million in legal fields to defend these cases and my insurance premiums went up recently 5000 per year for malpractice now at 186,000 because of the lawsuit he knows he cant beat me in court he can try to be greatly i will not let that happen im suing him back is very wealthy so if we win we can collect a lot of money from him im not suing him because of the money ill probably give it to charity after i pay my expenses but just to show the truth. People say how are you doing . I am comfortable. Its terrible for my wife who knows i have been extremely faithful to her i was home most of the time and she traveled with me a great deal she has me having sex with two or three women on an airplane and then in a car with two women in front of my house in cambridge and then she says she went into my house with the other young woman i had sex with. At the time my mom my wife had a office in the house and we had a nine yearold we had a helper so to have sex in my car then in my house and she got into epsteins car so they asked her in the earlier case what happened to the other woman you just left her there . We dont know she probably left on her own. Just unbelievable fantasies one after the other Prince Andrew through Jeffrey Epstein he sat in on a class and raised his hand at one point this is all before epstein accused him of anything at that point he was very Close Friends with the provost of harvard, you name it almost every major academic. So nobody suspected that anything was wrong but as soon as i found out that my relationship changed completely but he had to pay me for every minute i spoke to him we didnt have a friendship after that he would call on the phone periodically to check on the status on his case we didnt have a relationship after that i was introduced to him by a very elegant woman named Lady Rothchild wife of the lord rothchild and then Prince Andrew wrote me a letter probably worth a couple dollars now a dear alan letter signed andrew he said thank you for letting them come to the class and describes what he learned what he learned on the street because he was in the navy and in the last paragraph says i would love to continue my education with you and Jeffrey Epstein because he used to have all these conferences that fancy people went to. Nobody expected anything of this but hindsight is not not 2020 it can skew that. Because you see things in light of what happened and say how can you not have known . Heres the best proof i had no idea one day i was talking to Jeffrey Epstein. He said what you doing for christmas . I said my granddaughter has a soccer tournament he said where thats right near palm beach may also be empty during christmas i will be on my island use the house instead of going to the hotel. I said thats great so i brought my wife and my daughter is not my granddaughter and grandson and my son we spent the days in his house and there was a single inappropriate picture i would have been out of there so fast if i would have known anything happened in the house thats the last place i ever would have gone. But nobody suspected anything he kept his private life completely compartmentalized the friendship i had with him is the same as from harvard. I never even knew he had a brother. I didnt know if he had living parents i did not know his friends i just knew his academic colleagues much the way i would with an academic friendship. So im fighting back. It will be a tough struggle maybe the girl was abused by Jeffrey Epstein and the jury may say shes been treated so terribly and he was the lawyer why should we rule against her and its uphill when youre fighting in the age of metoo but i will fight work very hard for my reputation 50 percent of my clients are pro bono i represented those from the soviet union and on death row now a lot of people and helping to represent a woman half israeli half american arrested in russia. But, it is also very important to do the pro bono. I will continue to do that and a few clients said they dont want me too represent because of the accusation. Understandable. They dont want to be in any way smeared with what is happening to me. I understand that but i will continue, i made a commitment the day i was accused i will not do anything different because its a false accusation, why should i change my life because somebody decided to commit perjury against me. Its hard to make the argument. I stand television and people give me pushback. I am her victim. I am a victim of her perjury. She is not my victim i never did anything to her, i never touched her, her he her her, saw her. One interviewer said youre a white rich man, you cannot be a victim. Just look at how its changed my life and affected my life. Im fighting back not only for me but for everybody. For every young man in college who gets falsely accused and fighting back for the young women who are abused because false accusations hurt to me too movement. They hurt the credibility of real victims and so david is a villain here and the other lawyers. And she is a villain, not a victim she is a villain by creating a false accusation which i will be able to prove, she will be put in doubt the credibility of other real victims of abuse will be really angry at her. But they will not be but i will fight the battle relatively alone and i appreciate you coming here listening to my story. I know youll be convinced there is no conceivable possibility that i ever saw this woman or met her. Will that be enough to change the minds of so many people in the media, that is the question. Those accusers are liable for penalty which im assuming you know that but it seems like they shouldve immediately penalized and countersued if thats right terminology. The not liable for any penalties pray that maitri y. Nobody ever gets prosecuted for perjury in a civil case, its a terrible thing, a judge in new york wrote an opinion saying why you should not believe what people say in civil lawsuits. Like what this woman said about me because shell never be prosecuted for perjury and she will be and i asked the fbi but she will not be prosecuted. I can sue her but if everything she says she says in court i cannot sue her. So she thinks shes doing this riskfree. Her lawyers have told her you have no risks, you will not be prosecutor for perjury, you cannot be sued, you will not lose money and you make millions of dollars in settlements. Thats the incentive Going Forward with these things. Its not a level field no. Tapping onto that, i have been fighting this issue since 2009 and i have been thinking and trying to get some help to come up with a law where if you make false allegations you can make a civil complaint because right now what happens with Domestic Violence is a person says they did this then theyre automatically arrested. But there is no way a citizen can hold anybody accountable for false allegation and im trying to create a law for that. I support you and stand behind you. Remember one of the big Ten Commandments, one of the Ten Commandments thou shall not bear false witness. Need what the punishment was for bearing false witness at the time of the bible, you got the punishment that the person you falsely accused would have gotten had that person been convicted. So if you accuse somebody of murder, you got executed. If you accuse them of robbery you got the punishment of robbery and if you go accuse thm of rape he got the punishment of rape. That would be harsh and i will not punish people who honestly believed that they were telling the truth. Just remember the only me too case in history, the only one ever where the accuser never met the accused and not 1 ounce of evidence in every other me too case there was a relationship, they may have had, maybe consensual, maybe it wasnt. He worked for her she worked for him, maybe harassment maybe there was not. Even in the kavanaugh case, they grew up in the same area, went to parties together, in my case, 0, nothing. Not a single bit of proof because it never happened that i ever met her. I would not want to punish somebody who had a sexual relationship with somebody and accused them of rape because she believed it was race and he rape believed it was not. In my case in the beginning david suggested, he said i think she may have misidentified you, can feature with somebody else or maybe somebody purposely misidentified her her to you. Maybe Jeffrey Epstein to protect his friends when whom she was having said thats alan youre having with. It is interesting because last week i get a call from a friend of mine, a lawyer i worked with in cases but ive never met him, he lives in dallas and were working on the case and im on the phone with him a lot. Ive never laid eyes on him. He sends me an email and says are you in washington i said no and boston. And he said wow, nice and white. He said im at a bar in washington and just left the bar in georgetown and there was a guy who looks like you sitting at the next table. And im overhearing him. Andy saying wow it was a great case to be in a j simpson and so i thought it was you. So i walked over and i said are you Alan Dershowitz and he said yes. And i had a conversation and then he left the bar when i witn attractive young woman. He thought that was funny and i picked up the phone and call the police. In washington and i said what if this guy takes this woman home and do something terrible to her. She thinks she is with Alan Dershowitz. So twice before ive been misidentified. I had a situation 15 or 20 years ago this one was funny, woman writes me a letter saying it was a nice weekend last week and we spent together over arrange fire in maine youre such a gentleman and i really appreciate it and hope to see you again. Fortunately i spent the weekend with my wife in new york city and we saw the letter and obviously you put one on one together in the sky picked this woman up said he was Alan Dershowitz, i never thought that was a good pickup line but apparently this worked for two people. In the beginning i thought maybe this woman who accused me was a case of mistaken identification but not now. She clearly knows without any doubt that she is falsely accusing me. And she is somebody who ought to go to jail. An auto go to prison for making up a story. She is not a case where its a gray area. We need a microphone. Dont you think we have a flawed system that allows attorneys is to game the system, there are so many attorneys that make a living because they start lawsuits and they know people will settle instead of paying the money to go to court. It is terrible and the british system has protection against that. If you bring a lawsuit in britain and you lose you have to pay the lawyer fees on the other side. I wish in my case that were true. Id be happy to risk paying on the other side if i knew shed have to pay my lawyer fees. Because im fairly confident about the outcome. The media keeps the accusers name out of the press and put the accusers name in the press. You may remember the Kennedy Smith case a dramatic case, they go to trial is on television and her face is covered by a balloon. Which really creates an immediate presumption of guilt. Immediately you presume shes a real victim because her covering her face and he must be the perpetrator because they uncovered his face. He gets acquitted and the next day she takes the balloon off and starts doing press conferences. It was a tactic. It was a tactic and i think in any democratic country when you accuse somebody of a serious crime the sixth amendment requires that you be confronted by your accuser which means the accuser has to know your name. For example in my case i want everybody in the public to know this womans name because i want them to come forward with evidence that she lied about other people. Its been very helpful to get such evidence. My name is out there and nobody has come forward with any claim that ive lied about anything. So its having the matter in the public is very important. David did not stop with this one woman. He told people that unless i would draw the complaint against him he would find another woman. Two are better than one. Listen to the woman he found her and he found a woman who claimed at the age of 22 she participated in a threesome with me its old enough and ordinary about anything. And this is a woman who went to the New York Post and told the New York Post reporter that she has tapes this is the runup to the 2016 election, she has tapes of Hillary Clinton, donald trump, bill clinton and Richard Branson in the post reporter said show them to me she said i cannot show them because Hillary Clinton has put out a contract on me and shes gone people from the cia to kill me. In the letter, she said she met Alan Dershowitz and in fact i was her lawyer. Of course i was not her lawyer, but never mentions about having with me. Then she meets david, bingo. Now i remember once i had a threesome with Alan Dershowitz when i was 22 years old and were trying to get the most but they suppressed them, the emails are suppressed and fortunately i spoke to the post reporter who told me what was in them. We will get the emails on suppressed. So david once said to is better than one. No, when you see smoke is sometimes means fire and sometimes arson. When you get the same lawyer putting women up to line it does not increase and enhance the credibility of either. It just destroys the credibility of the lawyer. I understand your frustration with the privilege, the judicial privilege. However, isnt there still a remedy of abuse of process . There is. There is a heavy burden to prove up use of process. We will try and argue that the privilege was waived by knowing pauls material that was irrelevant in all of that. We are in court with good lawyers and have a shot but theres no guarantees. I argued the First Amendment to have a right to say that she is a liar and the judge turned us down on that. They said you have no right to call her a liar, how many times this week have you heard people call people liars on television. And at the impeachment hearing on cnn, msnbc, weve heard people called liars perjure us, guilty of espionage, guilty of treason, all over the place but if i call my accuser liar she can see me for millions of dollars according to the current law. Im curious given davids legacy and his reputation and prosperity of the facts and circumstances of the case and how formidable of an opponent you are, why do you think he is pursuing this . I think is furious because i stopped him from getting the billion dollars from leslie wexner. I exposed it. Thats one possibility. Second hes mad because i fall back. I went after him and i think hes mad because i taped him and i taped him during his own client under the bus. Basically a lawyer is not supposed to say my client is not telling the truth. Even if you believe it you dont say it to the opposing lawyer. He denied saying it but fortunately i have a tape recorder. So he is very mad at me. Hes suing me in his own name, hes not getting the law firm hes going to defend himself he is a lawyer and im told, that the law firm will not back them, they think hes become absolutely obsessed with me and people in the law firm say hes obsessed with me and im the white will he does not remember that, the book does not end well for him. I think today we have so many movements need to end everything and i think there are a lot of people who were involved for the good and a lot of people who are not. You mentioned before i cant remember if your granddaughter or your daughter. My granddaughter is a feminist. She was one of the founders of the most active people in the seneca society at harvard. Its a feminist society named after the seneca falls meeting in 1828 where feminism began and when i buy her present i buy her feminist presence and a picture of stanton and things of that kind, she identifies very strongly with feminism but shes completely on my side. I did not know she had a platform. When someone is acute in your family especially for me ill be the first one to defend someone in my family. I think at the same time i could almost backfire because its almost like youre just defending him because look who you are i would not ask any of my children or grandchildren to publicly defend me. I dont want to put them in an awkward position where they have to be against their friends. I defend myself. As my wife says all the time, given a choice between a bad diagnosis and a bad lawsuit will take the bad lawsuit any day. So far ive been lucky with the diagnoses and if youre gonna go after me go after me in court. Thats where i thrive. Im not the first lawyer who has been falsely accused and fought back. I am optimistic and i do not lose sleep over this. I get angry and as somebody said when Alan Dershowitz gets angry he writes a book. So ive written 41 books which means i gotten angry quite a bit over my life and im working on a new book called why i left the left but could not join the right. The case for liberalism. In which i argue that im a liberal and i believe in the womans right to choose a gay marriage and Climate Control and gun control and reasonable taxation. And all of those things that are liberal positions but i cannot abide the hard left with the squad in the antiisrael and sometimes antisemitic aspects in the extremism on the left or the right. Like many others in the middle and without a home. What i have been thinking about trying to do is forming a movement which puts constitutional conservatives, center conservatives and liberals all of whom share common laws of due process free speech together against the extremes on both sides. I am not going to do anything different from what ive been doing all my life. Ive been writing a book a year end i will continue to do that year. I took time off to write this book which i did not plan to do but i will continue to do it but i will not put my grandchildren in an awkward position. There loving and supportive and im completely behind me but i dont need them to do anything more than that, just continue to love me that is all. Any other questions . A quick one. When will the trial take place. We dont know. Itll be in new york one in federal court, the one where she is doing me and hes suing me in state court so the both be in new york but wont be over for at least a year, maybe a year end half and my great fear i do not want to die before he totally and completely vindicated even though my wife or my children and grandchildren will continue to fight i want to stay healthy im 81 years old and i want to stay healthy and fight back against the forces of evil and injustice. I want to say when i heard i never believed it for one second and i never will. I think a lot of people who feel that. I appreciate that but people who do not know me believe it. And if you go on the internet it is pretty awful. We live at a time when so many decisions are not evidencebased. People dont believe in climate change, people dont believe in so many things. And for years people did not believe men raped or assaulted women. It was terrible and i was strongly in favor of changing the loss to protect women and make sure women who were victims of assault get their day in court, im a strong believer in women being able to fight back but i strongly oppose those who abuse that system as they would people who abuse any system. Im a strong believer in the rights of africanamericans not to be assaulted but when africanamerican inside caught o pretends to be assaulted, the famous guy is arrested and im not on his side because the undercut real victims and i think its so important to fight for justice and truth and i will continue as long as the good lord gives me the strength and as long as i have support from nice people like you.
