Of right now, we have 962,886 mail in absentee ballots received. 281,376 are still outstanding. I am hoping to get the military received the outstanding before the end of the press conference. We smashedin person, a record for turnout. We are at 2,074,857. Right now we are looking at over 3 million votes that have been cast across georgia. The previous record for runoff 2004 race thate was 2. 1 million votes that were cast. That is the previous record and the election in 2018 Runoff Election we saw just over 1. 5 million. Obviously a lot of interest, im of tveorgians are tired ads, text messages, voicemails and mail. It will all end very soon, hopefully. In preparation for the election tomorrow on election day voting, we have 6000 pulltabs that finished the final loading of their data today before lunch. 21 counties had more to go. Most were completed over the weekend. 2648 will be a total of polling locations open on election day. Of them closede due to shortages and other covid related items. The total we have right now is 2638. We dont anticipate changes, but they always may happen. We have shared the locations with Georgia Power in case there is power issues or any other issues that might come up from that. We have seen a few shortages of poll workers, specifically Morgan County will lose two locations. Now, what we have seen is a ofference in the turnout models depending on Congressional District and county in the state, in large part driven by the continuing misinformation and disinformation concerning the value of peoples votes in the state. The secretary wants me to make clear that everybodys vote will count. Everybodys vote did count. I want to make that abundantly clear. If you care about the values and toect the nation you want see. It is your obligation to turn out and vote tomorrow, whether you are democrat or republican. Given the nature of the president s statements and several other people who have been aligned with them who had a rally saying protests, dont vote, we are specifically asking and telling you to please turn out and vote tomorrow. One of the things i have had to argue with people i have known for 20 years. The electiongot was stolen and we feel like our votes dont count. I said i am not acknowledge and election was stolen, because note wasnt, and there was massive voter fraud. But if you believe that there was, the best thing for you to do is to turn out and vote and make it harder for them to steal. If thats what you generally believe genuinely believe, turnout and vote. People fought and died and marched and prayed and voted to get the rights to vote or it throwing it away because you have some feeling that it may not matter is selfdestructive and is a self fulfilling prophecy in the end. Everybody who cares about the future of this nation should turn out and vote. Its vitally important. Its absolutely important. The reason i have to stand here today is because there are people in positions of authority who said their votes did not count and that is not true. I will go through all this antidisinformation monday. It is groundhog day again. I will talk about things i have talked about repeatedly for two months, that i will do it again one last time. At the end of the day, we want to make sure people understand their votes count. Every person, every voice matters. I know that there are people who fought for years about this. Lets start again and some of us will come out of the continuing statements from the president and his supporters. Somethingeen conflated over seven different things. Scam battles,le we had the water main break, which was not that. To be fully transparent, we had a local Media Organization go through it for hours and hours and walkthrough frame by frame to show it happened. If you go to secure a vote g8. Com we have posted all the videos for that day that covered the relevant time. At 3 00 a. M. They walk in and they discover a pond on the four four. They say we cannot do our work. They call in the county people, which is the other thing they said. It wasnt in a Fulton County facility. They were the ones who fixed the leak. It was a urinal that was turned therecause nobody was because of covid. Other than this particular usage. They turned it off and it went over the edge of the release valve and it caused the leak. They come in and you go to them at 7 00 in the morning. The zambonientially on the Carpet Cleaning it up. At 8 23 you see a woman bring in the table of question, that has been the point of what mr. Giuliani said. She is pulling it with one hand and there is nothing underneath it. Then you can fast forward to later in the day and 9 45. Everybody there, there are two groups of people, there are cutters and scanners. The cutters put their self test their stuff away because everybody thought they would get home. They start putting covers over counting machine. Then while the monitors are in the room, they bring out the carriers, which are normal absentee ballot carriers. When i listened to the audio of the phone call and the president brought it up again, i wanted to scream. Well i did scream at the computer and in my car at the bringtalking about they out the normal absentee ballot carriers. There are monitors in the room, there is press in the room. They take the ballots that have been open, put them in carrier on and itput the lid matches the box. Ucl one point during the video a woman falls on the floor putting the seal on keeping the chain of custody. Or 10 30,ely 10 25 the secretary receives word that Fulton County is shutting down for the night. There, theyall were secretary got a little irritated and made his feelings known. He said some people are working through the night. Director calls the at ther of Fulton County industry warehouse because he was doing election day activities. Says, wels rick, rick are not shutting down and chris says, it looks like you are, so you can go back to the videotape and see him take a phone call at almost 11 00. See his shoulder shrug. He takes a phone call. He is being told by his boss, you need to continue this. He hangs up the phone and puts the seal on them. If you watch the videotape, many people that are there have been there since 7 00 in the morning. Its already 11 00 at night. You were under the impression they could go home. You see him spend 30 seconds saying, what will i say to these people. He goes to the desk and says, we have to keep scanning. Boxes that youhe see them put under the table at approximately 10 00. There is videotape of this. This is what frustrating. The president s legal team had the entire tape, they watched the entire tape and intentionally misled the state senate, voters in the people of the United States about this. It was intentional, obvious and anybody watching this knows that. That is why we released the entire tape for people to watch. If it is claimed that that was done. So they begin to scan. Any other claim comes from multiple scanning. Processing ift there is a problem with the ballot. Before that, for her five will get through. The last batch and rescan so they scan properly. That is the normal process done. Secondarily to that, everybody might be familiar that the president wanted us to do a hand recount, which we ended up doing under our audit. There was noowed problem in the machine scanning. If somebody took a stack of ballots and scanned them multiple times, you would have a lot of votes with no corresponding ballots. Statewide they were off by. 1053 . For the margin there were off by. 0099 . Which shows them a skiing the machines scanned properly in our townies did a great job doing the hand count properly and appropriately. Lets put that to bed right now. Other things we did as part of our transparency is, we put all of the tally sheets online for every county so you can look at them all. Numbers ther the president s team is claiming. Wereare claiming there 2056 felons that voted. In our research we have better data because we are directly tied to the state government, the directors the department of corrections. This tracks when people are on probation. We know exactly how many people voted. People whopotential were felons that voted. That is the biggest number it could be. Some people have completed their sentences, some people have the same rates and birthdates. So it will be lower than that. Lets be clear about that. Thatthere is the claim 66,002 hundred 48 people below the age of 18 voted. The actual number is zero. Let me be clear. 66,000 versus zero. The reason we know that is because the dates are on the Voter Registration. There are four cases where people requested their absentee ballot before they turned 18, but they turned 18 by election day. That means that is a legally cast ballot. Zero. Versus they say theres 2423 people who voted without being registered. Lets be clear, you cant do it. There is no way to tie it back to havethere is no way a name to correspond back unless they are a registered voter. So that number is zero. We have 1043 illegally voted using a po box. Everyone we have seen has been when there is a mailbox in a multi family building, like an apartment. You will have what looks like po boxes listed in the system that they are the residential address of record for those who live in multi family housing, like apartments. We have not seen anybody registering to vote at a usps po box. Next is over 4000 voter passed the registration deadline. That is zero. We have zero record of anybody doing that because the Voter Registration cutoff is the cutoff. There is no corresponding way to do that. They could not be issued a ballot because they are not in the system. 2360 people have died before the election. Our information we go through county by county shows potentially to it could change, but it is not 10,000. 95 cast ballots in two states we are investigating that, but we have double voters that we are investigating. We are talking handfuls, not tens of thousands. I think we are all clear on the. Umber that it was 11,779 we see nothing in our investigations of these data claims that shows there is nearly enough ballots to change the outcome. The secretary and i have said, since november 3 there are is illegal voting in everything election because there are human beings involved in the process. Its a question of limiting it and putting safeguards in place. We had part of the hand tally we discussed in relation to the potential double scanning. Lets go to the other ridiculous claims that dominion Voting Machines are flipping votes. By doing the hand tally it shows none of that is true. Lets go back to the overall claims of dominion voting systems. They claim in wisconsin they had these Voting Machines. In the 14 counties in which these Voting Machines were used, the president got 59 of the vote. In the counties in pennsylvania were dominion Voting Machines were used, he got 52. 5 of the vote. He made a claim that over 900,000 votes were deleted and the 14 counties where that happened they had 1. 3 Million People voted. Turnout. 76 in order for 900,000 to have been deleted, they would have had to have a 130 turnout. That did not happen. Easily, provably false. Et the president persists by doing so undermines georgians faith in the election system, especially republican georgians, which is important because we have a big election tomorrow and everybody deserves to have their vote counted if they want it to be. Republican and democrat allowed i like. There were claims about signature matching not being done. They are based on feelings. We believe no specific evidence was brought up until there was a of signaturegation verification not being done on the absentee ballot request form properly in caught county during the june primary. That is the first time we had a specific actionable claim of signature match not being done. The judge asked the secretary to discuss using the resources. We got gbi to come alongside secretary of state investigators. Vic reynolds announced the outcome of that. It will be 15,118 absentee ballots that they investigated. They found two with potential problems. 99. 99 . Of those two done, the actual voter who was intended to be marked as voting was the actual voter. Another thing they want to talk about is a vast difference in rejection rates. There was not a vast difference. In order to confuse people because they dont understand election systems, they are conflating the entirety of absentee ballots versus those rejected for signature mismatched or missing signatures. We are comparing apples to orange. I will give the general number. 2 . 26 . In 20 twentieths. 15 . In 2020,. 15 . It allowed there to be curing of ballots. There are republicans and people running around the states finding people who have signature issues to cure their ballots. That is going on now and the democrats did a better job during the general election. The republicans were not prepared. Democrats had teams set up and they were ready to go. It was a late intrigue on the republican side entry on the republican side to do that. 5000 total ballots were rejected and 2600 were cured. Around theejection total of 5 million or the percentage that we shot saw were voted absentee. Lets go into the new things. There is no shredding of ballots. That is not real. There is shredding of there is no shredding of envelopes. We saw some of those in the senate hearing. Secrecy envelopes have no evidentiary value because there is no signature. They are trash. The law requires you keep the signature and both envelopes and the ballots. Those are all being kept. This is what i dont fully understand. No one is changing parts or pieces out of dominion Voting Machines. Thats not a real thing. The president mention it on the call yesterday, or from two days ago. Its not real. I dont know how to explain that. The secretary does not have a juan. Er named lawn the other fantastical thing we saw the other day was a potential hacking of dominion at during a senate hearing. That did not happen. Lets go over why. Our marking devices and scanners , neither one have modems. It is very hard to hack things without modems. There is nothing to talk to. Device does have the ability to connect to wifi, which we use for loading purposes and in case there is an old in case there is an issue on election day. They could see traffic back and forth, but it would be like watching a river go by that you could not get in. We have no proof of it, we have claim with zero proof. Zero. Are part ofavits it, but they have to be investigated. Everybody who came and gave testimony was Public Comment at the state senate hearing. This office was never asked to come and discuss those items. I find it interesting because they are making wild claims that undermines peoples faith in the system. This is another one that came over the weekend from the founder of overstock. Com that they found thousands and thousands of fake allerton Fulton County warehouse. For any of you in the press who have been to the Fulton County warehouse, these are the emergency ballots that had been sitting in our house. Very much in plain view for everybody to see. The reason they had a high number first of all everybody has to have those emergency ballots by rule. You have to have 10 of the available ones for each polling location and they have to be printed for that polling location so they contract properly. Case, you maytys remember there was a covid outbreak in their warehouse, not long before the logic and accuracy testing that was happening for the general election. In a very Wild Abundance of caution they had not plan a our was, if wen a plan c cant get people into do the testing on all of our equipment, we will print up 100 of our ballots we need to see what we have to do if we cant get the machines done. Eventid that how an abundance of caution abundance of caution given the unknowable unknown surrounding covid and their ability to get employees. The were able to get employees, dominion staff made sure they got the test done. All of the to deploy carriers and scanners. That is why those ballots existed. We are real and unused. Theyi find interesting is were in shrink wrapped in boxes that are sealed. What can you do . Everybody saw them. Other here is a problem. I see them try to write down everything we see that comes potentialnternet as disinformation. He gets exploded, we all look at these things. E know there are lots of bots we have foreign powers pushing some of these things at the same time. Here is the take away. This office has been open and transparent. We are continuing investigations. There are questions about pristine ballots. The pristine balloting. There are three ways you can have this. The absentee emergency, provisional ballot. The first one, military and overseas voters get an electronic ballot. What happens is, once we get the starting the 49th for the 45th day we send enough to those people who want electronic ballot delivery, which are many of our military servicemen and women. They print it and bubble in their choices. Of its on a paper they can print it on. When that comes back to the county they will duplicate it on an unfolded piece of paper on the absentee ballot emergency ballot. Normal process for military overseas voters that are electronically delivered. The other situation is an emergency ballot situation. If a ballot marking device goes down, which is what we saw in spalding county, they would use the emergency ballots as backup. Those would be scanned directly into the machine. The final place you would see that is on a damaged or adjudicated ballot that was not adjudicated by the electronic system. In fultons case you saw them put so many absentee ballots through and occasionally they would cut it. In Fulton County they did when hundred percent of their duplications on a dnb. Cobb county did all of those on hand marked paper ballots. Use. Is a difference of that is what you would see for pristine ballots. Heard the we all reports that there will be several senators and congressmen who will be objecting to the electors being seated. Each timeate that they will do that they will have a debate for two hours, the state of georgias electors will get seated, they will look at the evidence as best they can and it will be voted on by the house and senate. We anticipate that and it will prove our certification was proper. We follow the process properly. I give you the statement from earlier that says, this is the process we follow under the law of the state of georgia and the United States. That i want to say, if you are a georgia voter, if you want your values reflected by your elected officials, i strongly encourage you to go vote tomorrow. Do not let anybody discourage you. Do not self suppress your own vote, do not make a selffulfilling prophecy out of doing this. Dont let anybody still your vote that way. Suppress, you are taking away your important in this election.
