who's the whistleblower? we have to know. is the whistleblower a spy? and who is the ig that did this? all he had to do was look at the tape or what they wrote down to -- the transcribed version of the phone call. to compare that to the whistleblower's account. and you see it had nothing to do with it. so why does the ig allow a thing like this to happen to our country? why? why? a lot of bad people out there. one by one, we're advancing. one by one. just look at the terrible foreign corruption of the bidens. i hate to talk about him, you know why? i don't think the guy's got a chance. sleepy joe, i don't think he's got a chance. i don't see it. i don't know, i have these great, brilliant senators over here. i don't take he has a chance. i'd like him to. i'd like him to. you know, i thought pocahontas was gone. you got to give her credit. those embers kept going. it now it looks like she's doing better. i don't think joe has a chance. did you see the other night, cnn, in a totally unsubstantiated statement, the president said this. we're so sorry. his son walked out with $1.5 billion from china. these were not the same chinese people i just dealt with. but joe biden was in charge of ukrainian policy while his son, with absolutely no energy experience, got thrown out of the navy like a dog. was paid massive sums of money by a ukrainian energy company. you know what that's called? it's called a payoff, folks. he didn't know anything about energy at all. they hired him, paying him massive amounts of money, much more than the $50,000 a month you've heard of. that's a lot. that's a lot. then joe biden made him go out and fire the prosecutor on tape. but then they didn't want to show the tape. i had to put it up on a social media site. he was bragging. they're not going to get this money. boom, they got rid of the prosecutor. he was investigating the son of the son's company. that's what you call quid pro quo. while these charges are totally unsubstantiated -- these are the fake newsers. we just made such a great deal in china. my guy said if we could get $20 billion in agricultural product, that would be good. the most china ever did was $16 billion for the farmers. the most they ever did was $20 billion of product. from our farmers, our great farmers, our patriot farmers. who never left us. even though they were being targeted by china. they never left me. so they wanted $20 billion and china agreed. i said no, i want $50 billion, not $20 billion. my guys say we have a problem, sir. our farmers can't produce that much, it's true. i said tell them to go out and get bigger tractors. john deere. all-american. only american tractors. we only buy american. go out and get bigger. so now china has agreed. they've already started buying. hopefully the agreement gets signed sometime prior to a big summit we have with president xi in chile. look at this. they said, sir, we can't produce $50 billion. i said i want the farmers to tell me. we're going to win so much. we're going to say, we just can't stand winning. john cornyn and ted cruz, they're going to come and say, we just can't stand this. it's too much. that's what i want from the farmers. i want them to say, i want the farmers to say, we just can't produce that much product. we can't do it, sir. i'm going to say, yes you can. they're going to take in $50 billion from china as opposed to $20 billion. that's what's going to happen. that's what's going to happen. they stuck with us. in the meantime, we've taken in tens of billions of dollars and china's eaten the cost. it costs tens of billions of dollars. it's cost us nothing. you know what i did for the farmer? i gave them $16 billion last year and $12 billion the here before came out of the tariffs. i had a lot of money left over and nobody complained. and farmers didn't want the money. everybody comes from money. everybody wants money. the farmers said we don't want this money. i said no, it's not a subsidy. you're being targeted. they said it's a subsidy. this is why we have 35 farmers in the oval office. they didn't want it. they said just give us a level playing house. it's level like this. it's level like this. nice and easy. nice and easy. the farmers, i call them the great patriots, the farmers. they always said i'm in trouble. i have a problem. but this should've been done many years ago by other presidents. we lose for many years, $500 billion a year with china. but that's all changing now. but we lose $500 billion, not million, but billion -- and $500 million is a lot. we lose $500 billion. it's a disgrace. it was allowed to go on for 25 years. it was a disgrace. now we're taking in billions of dollars. they've had the worst year we have had in 27 years. so, biden flew with hunter on air force two. they flew to china. hunter walked out of the plane quick meeting, walked away with $1.5 billion. the characters said that's ok. there's no problem. can you imagine if don or eric trump or ivanka trump, who's here someplace. right here. [applause] pres. trump: and by the way, our great first lady said this is the most exciting thing i've seen in a long time. great first lady, doing a great job. such a great job. we're doing a great job. the whole country is doing a great job. so biden takes $1.5 billion. and he goes on and allows china to rip us off. he said no, china is good. they're wonderful people. i don't blame china, by the way. i blame our leaders for allowing this you know what and pillage. you know what word i'm talking about, right? i don't want to use it because they'll say it's a horrible word trump used. so the bidens got rich while america got robbed. tonight, we forcefully condemn the corruption of the democratic party. and nobody ever pays a price in the democratic party. they never paid. maybe soon, that will start. we've had a lot of obama people, clinton people, and to be honest with you, we've had some bad republicans that didn't exactly love us. but slowly, they're getting out. they have all sorts of protections. he says get rid of them. we're trying. but their partner is the fake news media. that's the problem. because the democrats and the fake news media, it's a partnership. you see it all the time. i've never seen it to this extent. when i won in the primaries, when i won the election, i was treated horribly by the media. and then when i won the election, we had one of the highest rated dates in the history of television. all over the world. and i won and i said oh, the great thing. i said to ivanka, i said to the first lady, i said to anyone who would listen, it's so great. we, all of us, we're going to be respected by the media. and you know what happened? they got worse. worse than they ever have been. they're worse now than they've ever been. they're crooked. the only message these radicals -- and they're radical, is a crushing defeat. with your help, we will win back the house. we will keep the senate. and we will keep the white house in numbers like they haven't seen in a long, long time. joining us tonight are many terrific republican leaders. and they are terrific. and frankly, if they're not, i'm not going to introduce them. we have great leaders. you have great leaders in texas. great leaders. and they love texas. so a friend of mine, a guy that a lot of people weren't so sure -- we have an unbelievable relationship. when ted cruz held a rally in washington he said, can you come to my rally? everybody thought these people thought, they said to me, when is the fighting between these two? when is the fighting going to start? they said don't worry, the fighting going to start. it's going to be vicious. and it was vicious. now, we love each other again. ted cruz. and he had a great victory against the man who spent almost $100 million -- that's a lot of money. thank you, ted. another man who is currently running against somebody. i kept thinking maybe beto will jump in because he's at zero right now. we hope he's going to jump in. remember, no religion and no guns. i think that's not good. oh, i think he's pretty light in oil production, too. and john, i have no idea who you're running against, but nobody's going to be able to beat john. he's a good man. thank you, john. we have a lot of congresspeople here. we have a woman who's been fantastic from the beginning. kay granger. thank you, kay. we have a man who is as smart as hell. and he is tough and he is mean and he is nasty. but he loves the state. and he's only mean and nasty because he wants to defend you and me and all the horrible things we go through. louie gohmert. [cheers and applause] pres. trump: thank you, tommy. our great campaign manager, the most sophisticated man with a computer you have ever seen. thember that used to say campaign is so sophisticated. then after she lost they said trumps campaign is so sophisticated. she spent like six times more on this than we did. in the old days, my father taught me, if you can spend less, that is a good thing. right? if you can spend less -- so we spent much less than hillary. crooked hillary. [booing] pres. trump: where are those emails? they may find those emails. 33,000they are looking. they may find those deleted emails. they may find them. remember the email sciacca -- the emails? 33,000 emails covering her daughter's wedding. 33,000. that is a lot of emails for a wedding. and working out. a great job. thank you, brad. [cheers and applause] pres. trump: a friend of mine, he is another one. he was so tough. he was nasty. he hit me during the campaign. i said, that guy is ruthless. when it was over, there was nobody more gracious. i called him and made him secretary of energy. he has done a phenomenal job. [cheers and applause] pres. trump: and rick perry -- [cheers and applause] pres. trump: could not have done a better job. really. really. he is going to be leaving at the end of the year. probably coming back here. ever he does, he's going to be successful. he spent three years with us and i want to thank you. what a job you have done. thank you. [cheers and applause] pres. trump: what a job he has done. he was also a great governor of texas, as you know. and everything we do, we are fighting for the faithful citizens of this country. this includes putting a stop to the catastrophic era of endless wars. [cheers and applause] pres. trump: they do not stop. they do not stop. they go on forever. we become policemen. we end up becoming police. we are policing these countries. that is not what it is about. we have spent $8 trillion in the middle east. thousands of american soldiers have lost their lives. tens of thousands more severely wounded. and in all fairness, the other side has lost millions of people. millions. millions of people. think of it. mass chaos, rought instability, destruction, and death. today, we choose a different path. we had tremendous success. i don't know if you saw. [cheers and applause] pres. trump: we have built in the last three years, the strongest military by far. i was embarrassed to tell it, but now i tell this story, when i first got in, a general told me we could have had a conflict with somebody, said we don't have ammunition. said, i never want to hear a president -- i never want somebody to have that statement made to them mcginnis president. we do not have ammunition. now we have so much of it, we don't know what to do with it. [cheers and applause] ies. trump: as you know, guess you have been watching, i said vice president pence and secretary of state pompeo -- to lead an american delegation to meet with president erdogan of turkey. they got there today and it did work. [cheers and applause] pres. trump: without spilling a drop of american blood, not one drop of american blood. [cheers and applause] pres. trump: we have all agreed cease-fire ina the border region of syria. it was unconventional what i did. i said, they are going to have to fight a little while. sometimes you have to let them fight a little while. then people find out how tough the fighting is, these guys know right up here. [cheers and applause] pres. trump: these guys know. sometimes you have to let them fight. like two kids in a lot. you got to let them fight and then you pull them apart. it was unconventional. they fought for a few days and it was vicious. the kurds, who are our friends, and turkey is our friend, but they fought -- it was tougher. it was nasty. and you could not make a deal for 15 -- think of it. for 15 years, 20 years, they could not make a deal. turkey did not want to budge. turkey was having a lot of bad things happening. in all fairness to turkey. they were having a lot of bad -- now all of a sudden they are fighting and it is not fun having bullets all over the place. we went there. we said, we want a pause. the kurds have been terrific. they are going to move back a little bit. we are going to keep isis locked up. ok yeah, -- ok? [cheers and applause] pres. trump: we are going to find more of them. turkey is all set. president erdogan was great. we are going to take the worst sanctions and tariffs and everything, we put the worst -- i mean, i don't think they could have economically survived. but that does not matter. president erdogan was a gentleman, he understood it. but without a little tough love -- you know what tough love is, right? without a little tough love, they would never have made this deal. president obama lost a million people in the area. [booing] we are doingso now -- during a five day period we are going to see if we can get it finalized. i think it will be. i think it will be. turkey is going to be happy. the kurds are going to be happy. isis is going to be unhappy. [cheers and applause] pres. trump: we have to fundamentally change our approach to homeland security. that example, nobody would have ever done that. you have to be a little different to do with that way. i took a lot of heat even from some of our congressmen, some of our senators. but now they are all happy. and i am happy with them. i am happy with them. [cheers and applause] pres. trump: now, i don't know what about the to mcgrath's -- the democrats. the democrats will say, what a terrible -- anything we say, the democrats will criticize. if i said, we get beijing for one dollar. they would say, what a terrible deal. [laughter] pres. trump: it just doesn't work with them. you know, the wall, we spent so much time with them on the wall. i realized about two weeks ago, all i had to say was, we will never build a wall and they would come through and say, we demand you build it. it would have been so much easier. it would have been so much easier, ted. american combat troops should not be at the center of ancient sectarian conflicts all over the world. bring our soldiers back home. bring our soldiers back home. [cheers and applause] [chanting "usa"] pres. trump: the same people pushing us to fight endless wars overseas want us to open our borders to mass migration. from these war-torn terror afflicted regions. their policies would import terrorism right onto our shores. with american issued visas. isn't that wonderful? and by the way, the democrats want open borders. they want everybody to flow in. they want those caravans to flow in. [booing] >> the caravans. they would not get rid of the loopholes. but you know what? mexico has been great. mexico today had 27,000 soldiers on our border. we have stopped this horrible migration. many of them are bad people. you know, when countries send them off, they are not sending their finest. use your head. they are not sending the finest. you have to see some of the people. but now we send them back. by the way, ice is fantastic. they have taken out thousands and thousands of ms 13 killers. they have taken thousands of killers. [cheers and applause] pres. trump: now we have made deals with guatemala and honduras. el salvador and mexico. we have made deals where we can bring back -- there are 45,000 people waiting in mexico, but it is going to be tough. when did you ever hear that? there used to be no people waiting in mexico. our borders are getting strong. when the wall is complete, they will be as strong as any border in the world. [cheers and applause] pres. trump: my administration believes in a simple principle. the best way to keep foreign terrorists out of america is to deny them admission in the first place. it is really pretty simple. imposed andi have we passed and we won at the u.s. supreme court, a travel ban on some of the most dangerous countries. [cheers and applause] pres. trump: if democrats seize power, they would throw the floodgates wide open. wide open. we would have people coming into our country. look at what's going on in california. the people of california don't want it. they say come into california, we will give you free health care, free education. why wouldn't they? i may even move to california if they keep going. all it does is it brings everybody in. what is wrong with these people? we are rebuilding our military. stronger than ever before. we are not going to deplete it again on stupid, senseless, endless wars. [cheers and applause] pres. trump: we have invested more than $2.5 trillion restoring our armed forces. all of it was built in the usa. [cheers and applause] pres. trump: that includes the 200 andtion of almost 35 fighters, stealth. many of them are built right in fort worth. [cheers and applause] pres. trump: as we restore our security, we are also restoring our prosperity. america is winning again. and america is respected again. [cheers and applause] pres. trump: by the way, i have to say -- outside, they have close to 30,000 people. [cheers and applause] pres. trump: i wonder if i could ask the fire marshal -- let him in. philip this little area. they have a certain max. we broke the record tonight. [cheers and applause] pres. trump: good place. [chanting "usa"] pres. trump: last month, unemployment reached its lowest level in 51 years. [cheers and applause] pres. trump: 7 million americans have been lifted off of food stamps since the election. [cheers and applause] pres. trump: and african-american, hispanic american, asian american unemployment rates have reached the lowest levels in history. [cheers and applause] pres. trump: our great hispanic american population has reached a poverty level which is an all-time low in u.s. history. [cheers and applause] pres. trump: after years of stagnation, wages for hispanic americans are rising fast. up nearly 8% since my election. in the fake news would have say it -- would have said that is impossible. [booing] pres. trump: think of this. median income for hispanic americans surpassed $50,000 a year for the first time ever. [cheers and applause] pres. trump: with republicans in congress, we passed the largest package of tax cuts and reform by far an american history. [cheers and applause] pres. trump: by the way, the democrats want to raise your taxes, you know. i don't mean a little bit. i mean like double, triple. it still won't pay. we eliminated a record number of regulations and we ended the war on a thing called american energy, which is very good for texas. [cheers and applause] pres. trump: since my election, natural gas production in texas has increased 35%. oil production has increased by 60%. [cheers and applause] and the u.s. is now the number one producer of oil and natural gas anywhere in the world. [cheers and applause] pres. trump: yet every major democrat running for president wants to abolish all production of oil and natural gas. i think they want to go to windmills. windmills, you know. darling, i want to watch trump speak. we cannot, the wind is not blowing. they want windmills. [laughter] pres. trump: they want to annihilate your texas economy. can you imagine? no more oil, no more natural gas. here we have a few people, right? no guns, no religion. no oil. no natural gas. abraham lincoln could not win texas under those circumstances. [cheers and applause] pres. trump: couldn't do it. couldn't do it today. could not do it. abraham lincoln, honest abe, could not do it. they used to say, i can be more presidential. look. [cheers and applause] i have always said i can be more presidential than any president in history. except for honest abe lincoln when he is wearing the hat. that is tough. that is a tough one to beat. it is much easier being presidential. all you have to do is act like a stiff. look. [cheers and applause] pres. trump: ladies and gentlemen of texas, it is a great honor to be with you this evening. [laughter] pres. trump: the media would love it. everybody would be out of here so fast, you would not have come in in the first place. democrats will never get that chance. texas will never give it to them. [cheers and applause] pres. trump: remember the last election? these ponies in the back, they phonies in the back, they said texas is in play. they said, utah is in play, too. we did rallies thousands of , people outside that could not get in. why is texas in play? it is phony. they try to get your hopes down. this is just like fake news. they said texas. they said texas is in play. ladies and gentlemen, texas is in play. [booing] pres. trump: president trump -- i had guys in from texas and they are wearing cowboy hats. a lot of guys. they said, i don't know about you, but i know something about texas. donald trump is not going to lose texas. [cheers and applause] pres. trump: i don't know what you are talking about. texas is not in play. big tough guys. they are on television. what are you talking about? texas is not in play we had that great, great night. [cheers and applause] pres. trump: the polls closed at 7:00. usually they have to take hours. sometimes at least -- even if it is big, they take half an hour. the texas polls are closed. if it is close, it takes hours. if it is not so close, it takes a long time. they go, ladies and gentlemen, the polls have closed in the state of texas. donald trump has won the state of texas. [cheers and applause] pres. trump: right? the polls have closed in utah. remember the guy with the shaved head? he was going to be my competition. even hillary beat him. now he is on the talk shows. the hell out of me all the time. even hillary beat this guy in utah. hillary came in second. i came in first. that was another one, too close to call. except, ladies and utah, the polls have closed. donald trump has won the state of utah. [cheers and applause] pres. trump: we won by a lot. we won florida and south carolina and georgia. we won north carolina. we won pennsylvania. we won a lot. remember these phony people? there is no way to get to 270. i kept going to maine, i love maine. get won., you it is cut in half. i went there 4, 5 times. they got me up to 269. could not get to 270. i won, by the way. i one -- i won maine, too. i went there. i went there a lot. that is the beautiful thing about the electoral college. you go everywhere. winning the popular vote would be much easier. i would rather have that. i would go to four states and relax. i went to 21 states. [cheers and applause] trump: i used to be a believer in the other. it is like you are a track star. you are working out for the 100 yard -- or the mile. it is a different form of training. it is a different form. but we did great. to 270.d he cannot get they were right. we got to 306. [cheers and applause] pres. trump: after decades of economic surrender, i have taken historic action to confront china's rampant trading abuses. our relationship is fantastic. great things are happening. you watch. they get it now. a lot of good things are happening. we are replacing nafta. i mean, it has been -- to me -- i used to call it the worst trade deal in history. wto, a the world trade, real beauty. that is a real beauty. they consider china a developing nation. because you are a developing nation -- they consider china to be a developing nation. they get tremendous -- we wrote them letters. we don't consider them to be a developing nation. we don't consider india to be a developing nation. because they are ripping us off. we did not win any cases. won $7.5 billion of countries that were taking advantage of us. [cheers and applause] pres. trump: we have won a lot of cases. we did not win anything for years, practically. now we have won a lot of cases. they know i will leave it they don't treat us fairly. they know it. and then the piggy bank is gone. we are replacing the nafta disaster. we have to get this crazy nancy pelosi to put this up for a vote. [booing] pres. trump: the usmca is a giant victory for manufacturers. workers and oil. the democrats should pass it. overwhelmingly, they will. but nancy has to put it up for a vote. do-nothing democrats. nowhere is the democrat betrayal of our nation more dramatic than on immigration. in recent debates -- did you see these debates? do you believe what i am competing with? i don't know, when i had to compete with ted cruz, that was brutal. he was the national debate champion. a story i have never told. i never did that before, right? i ran for office. all of a sudden, i'm supposed to be debating tomorrow night. i said, who are these people? i don't know all of them. i contributed to a lot of them. they used to treat me nicely when i contributed to them. not so nice and i was their i said, let me see, i want to see. who are these people? i had never debated with the podium and this and that. i said, who are they? we had 17 people. plus me. 18. remember? gilmore. nobody remembers him. we had 18 people all. i said, who are these people? are they any good at debating? i hired a debate coach. he lasted for about 10 minutes. i said, this guy knows less than i do. he didn't know anything, it is true. he said never interrupt while they are speaking. i said, ok, coach, put me in, coach. after couple of those statements, you cannot beat ted cruz if you do not interrupt him. i said, let me see the cards. i want to see it. i need help. i'm going to be debating. everyone is saying, do you think he is going to be able to debate professionally? he was president of his class. one guy was a good debater in college. he was this, he was ok. they give me the first card, ted cruz. it says, national debate champion from princeton. is that right? and then, national debate champion from harvard. i said to my wife, first lady, potentially, i've got a problem. i said some of these guys are ok. they were only president of the class. i never ran for president of the class. i liked playing baseball better. i said, melania, i have a problem. ted cruz was the number one guy in college. he was the number one guy in college. we came out ok. he was tough. smart as hell and tough. good man. the first card i looked at, ted cruz. national debate, he was the best in all of college and law school. in recent debates, you see these people up there. they are not ted cruz, leave me. you should turn democrat, you would win. no? i don't think so. every single democrat candidate for president, raised their hand in favor of giving free health care to all illegal aliens. they want to give more to illegal aliens than they give to american citizens. as president, i will never allow the democrats to take away your health care dollars. can't do it. in fact, i just signed an executive action to protect american health care benefits for all american citizens. among those hardest hit by illegal immigration are millions of illegal immigration are millions of legal immigrants right here in texas. including patriotic mexican americans who play by the rules. strengthen our communities. whether you are a first generation or 10th generation, and every american citizen, you have been treated badly but you were not being treated badly anymore. we got rate of the individual mandate from obamacare. every citizen deserves a government that defend your jobs. and is always loyal to you. we are loyal to you. my administration has reduced illegal border crossings by 60% since may. but as with no help from the democrats. they will not close the loopholes. we could do it in 15 minutes. we are building the wall. the democrats will not close the loopholes. you know what the loopholes are, right? catch and release. you catch them. you say, how are you? could you give us your name and phone number. could you give us your address. they don't want to have an address in honduras. can you please give us your address? they can't. they say, that is ok, we catch and release. and then we are getting them out of the country. some are very good people. some of them are unbelievably dangerous and bad. we are focusing on the bad. they're getting the hell out of the country, ok? while we are fighting for shared priorities, the democratic party has never been further outside of the mainstream. every democrat running for president is pushing a health care agenda that would eviscerate medicare. my administration will protect medicare for our seniors. we will protect patients with pre-existing conditions. our ambitious campaign to reduce the price of prescription drugs has produced the largest decline in drug prices in over 51 years. people don't talk about it. the press will not talk about it. we have news conferences. you have no idea how dishonest the media is. virtually every top democrat supports late term abortion. ripping babies straight from the mothers's right up until the moment of birth. and the crack pot governor from virginia executes the baby after birth. you said that, right? you are member that one from last year. that is why i'm asking congress to prohibit late-term abortions. republicans believe every child is a sacred gift from god. democrats are the party of crazy politicians, high taxes, high crime. open borders. socialism. blatant corruption. they are corrupt like schiff is corrupt, he is corrupt. it is the party of the american worker, the american family, and the american dream. it is also the party of honest abe lincoln, we forget that. we have to use that more often, don't you think? i liked honest abe. thank you. play that to them. you are right. we have confirmed 152 federal justices. neil gorsuch and brett kavanaugh. when i got into office, they say the most important thing a president can do, they say it is defense. they say federal judges. how many do you have? i have none. i said, how many federal judges do i have? you have 142. you don't understand the question. that is impossible. that would mean president obama did not appoint 142 judges. you get none. i said, check it again. they said, 138. actually, the number is 142. 142 judges. we will have passed 182 federal judges. [applause] pres. trump: and then they say, obama, wasn't he such a wonderful president? how are you wonderful when the most important thing you can do, you hand it over to the republicans. 142. how is that good? if i were a democrat, i would not be too happy about that number. we will have a record number of judges. by the time our term is over in 16 years, maybe 20. i am only kidding. they say, see. she is assuming control. we have this crazy guy on television. he is talking to a guest. you know, he is going to win, don't you? we have done a good job, we should be happy. but he says our military, our schools, our this, our everything. he's going to win. he's never leaving. you know that, don't you? he's never leaving. [applause] president trump: he's never leaving. he's never going to leave!
