CS assesses progress on development of youth Employment, Skilling portal

Srinagar: Chief Secretary, Atal Dulloo, today reviewed progress on creation of J&K Employment & Skilling portal being developed by Bhaskaracharya National Institute for Space Applications and Geo-informatics (BISAG-N) in association with the NIC and IT Department here.
