Crown withdraws indecent exposure charge against Sarnia high

A Sarnia high school teacher is relieved an indecent exposure charge against him has been withdrawn, but the allegation had a devastating effect on his life, his lawyer says.
Timothy Molyneaux, a 61-year-old teacher at Great Lakes secondary school, was charged by Sarnia police about two months ago after they received complaints about an alleged incident during an online class Feb. 4. The single Criminal Code charge was tossed out last week after the Crown attorney’s office concluded there wasn’t a reasonable prospect of conviction.
