CPD: Wriston passed 2 sobriety tests, 911 call not 'accurate

West Virginia Department of Transportation Secretary Jimmy Wriston passed two field sobriety tests and the call into him driving erratically "does not appear to be accurate or truthful," according to the Charleston Police Department.
