Have you had a recurring dream where you light a bonfire fueled only by face masks? Do you fantasize about donating your hand sanitizer stockpile to the nearest day care? Long to get in line at the Shop-Rite or Wegmans right behind the woman in front of you, rather than awkwardly blocking all the other carriage-pushers? While we aren't ready to say the COVID-19 pandemic is in our rearview mirror, we are feeling good about the loosening of restrictions, jettisoning of some of the precautions, and the chance to at least inch toward "normal'' life. This, then, may sound like heresy — but was it really all bad?
