CNA file photo Taipei, April 20 (CNA) Three men, who were convicted of assault after they splashed paint on Hong Kong bookstore owner Lam Wing-kee (林榮基) last year, received heavier sentences Tuesday in an appeal case in the Taiwan High Court. The High Court added four months to the sentences the lower court had imposed last November on two of the defendants, Cheng Chi-lung (鄭啟龍) and Tseng Shih-feng (曾士峰), giving them eight and seven months, respectively.
