Court rules in favour of customary spouse : comparemela.com

The Free State High Court has declared that the customary marriage concluded between the surviving spouse (applicant) and the deceased in December 1992, is valid and of effect in terms of the Recognition of the Customary Marriage Act 120 of 1998.
