Couple convicted of roles in scheme to smuggle papers soaked with illegal drugs into the Montgomery County jail

Latashia Lucas, 33, of Norristown, and Luis Valazquez, 38, of Philadelphia were convicted of charges they participated in a scheme with two others to smuggle papers soaked with illegal drugs into the Montgomery County Correctional Facility in Lower Providence.
