County Clerks Respond To Eathorne: Wyoming Constitution Only

In response to complaints from Wyoming GOP Chair Frank Eathorne that county clerks aren’t transparent enough, the president of the Wyoming County Clerks Association said the State Constitution does not allow them to perform election audits to the degree that they are done in some other states.
