Construction worker assisted in the rescue of the Cumberland County Sheriff after boating incident on Sebago Lake

Sheriff Kevin Joyce who had overturned his kayak was rescued by construction worker Tyler Leonard of Turner. Leonard pulled Joyce out of the water by canoe.
