Connecticut Brewers' Guild reveals 4-point plan for dealing with sexual harassment

An Instagram post calling for people to share sexual harassment stories in the craft beer industry went viral last month, and now there's an effort in Connecticut to try and prevent future incidents.
The Connecticut Brewers' Guild released a four-point plan this week for dealing with sexual harassment in partnership with the Pink Boots Society.
Local brewers say the problem won't really be solved until there's more women in the industry. Kat Michaud, a brewer at Nod Hill Brewing Company in Ridgefield, says while her own brewing family has always been supportive - she wasn't surprised to see thousands of allegations of sexual harassment surface across the country over the last month.
