Congress to hold marathon for first time voters on Oct 30 :

To encourage first time voters to exercise their franchise in Assembly elections, the Congress in Chhattisgarh will organize a marathon for them on October 30.

The first 100 competitors will get a chance to meet Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel.
