Conditional zoning now a tool for Burke County : comparemela

Burke County now has another tool in its zoning toolbox.

The Burke County Board of Commissioners approved 4-1 Tuesday night to now use conditional zoning in addition to conventional zoning and district overlays. Commissioner Phil Smith opposed the measure.
