Kelli Florman Kelli Florman was sworn in as police chief for the Ventura County Community College District Police Department at a ceremony April 10. Florman is the first female police chief to serve the community college district. Florman began her career in 1993 as the first female police officer in Mayfield Heights, Ohio, serving the
