Despite the existence of a rules-based international order, there is no shortage of violations by countries big and small, and no supra-national enforcement body to rein them in, said MP Liang Eng Hwa in Parliament on Thursday (Feb 29). He asked how “tiny Singapore” can play its part to bolster the global order.
