Committee approves bill to allow Maine tribes to benefit from future federal laws and benefits

Bill sponsor U.S. Rep. Jared Golden and co-sponsor Rep. Chellie Pingree say it will give Wabanaki tribes the same access to future beneficial federal laws and programs that other federally recognized tribes already have.
