Local colleges and universities are pressing pause on vaccine clinics. The move comes as federal health officials recommended halting the use of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine over concerns of "rare and severe" blood clots Tuesday morning, April 13. Six cases have been reported out of the more than 6.8 million doses already administered. Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine and state health officials followed suit by advising providers to pause distribution here. The governor will speak about the developments Tuesday afternoon.
