Coatesville woman charged with animal cruelty after kitten f

The kitten named Roo, just a month old and weighing 1.5 pounds, had the untreated amputation wrapped in duct tape. 37 other animals were found by the Brandywine Valley SPCA living in squalor in the Coatesville home.
