Well p. Diddy was arrested tonight in New York at approximately a 50 pm at a midtown hotel. He had been in town since last week as his lawyer, Mark Agnifilo had negotiated with prosecutors in the federal us Attorneys Office for the southern district of New York. Trying to arrange a way to surrender at the time when an indictment might be unsealed and to face those charges in court.
