And so what clark and meadows are now trying to do is say, well, if immunity protects the president and from being prosecuted, it also protects us. Remember there being prosecuted in the state. So theyre trying to use the Immunity Ruling<\/a> to their own and just to be clear Jeffrey Clark<\/a> is the Supreme Court<\/a> basically said anything Donald Trump<\/a> did with the Justice Department<\/a> that falls under immunity, right . And so Jeffrey Clark<\/a> is using that to say, i cannot be prosecuted, right . Hes currently under State Level<\/a> indictment in georgia and in arizona, and also Jeffrey Clark<\/a>s using that to fight back against efforts to remove his bar license. Hes saying, hey, Supreme Court<\/a> just said dealings between Donald Trump<\/a> and doj. Thats me, Jeffrey Clark<\/a>. Those are off the table criminally, but there is a fair question. Its clear that immunity is intended to benefit and protect the president. So the reality is she can say what she wants to say now, those are actions she has taken its somewhat allowed to evolve. Of course, they are, but she deserves to explain exactly why shes changed those positions. Exactly what her position is. If its not a Ban On Fracking<\/a>, what exactly is it what exactly is her Health Care Plan<\/a> if she no longer favors abolishing private Health Insurance<\/a>, which just four short years ago when she ran for president , she did. And thats the kind of scrutiny thats been missing. I think no trump has received plenty of scrutiny and i give credit to him for sitting for hostile interviews that Kamala Harris<\/a> has not. The truth of the matter is Donald Trump<\/a> has been crystal clear that first of all, this is an issue for the states that hes going to have voting in the state of florida, right well, first of all, in his capacity for running for u. S president , what hes running for Kamala Harris<\/a> against, he has been clear that he is against a federal Well Ban<\/a> on abortion. Now, in the florida bill, which i want to address as well, there is a difference between being opposed to a sixweek that which hes been consistent on both during the campaign when i ran against him, as well as throughout that hes against a sixweek man that is different than what this Ballot Measure<\/a> accomplishes that i know, you know that kate, this Ballot Measure<\/a> would do it. Its vague crafting would allow how abortions far after six weeks, arguably, under the interpretation of some legal scholars, all the way up to the point of birth. Hes against that and thats been a consistent position as well. So i do think this attempt by democrats and its politics, so youd expected to conflate an opposition to a Sixweek Ban<\/a> with somehow being in favor of a Ballot Measure<\/a> that actually would allow for far more than that is i think soft history and the job of voters. I hope they do it is to see through that even if it served up to them in the media, you Cant Conflate<\/a> those two things. Sanjay gupta we heard from a gentleman named daniel. He says hes lives in western massachusetts. The nights are in the 50s, 60s, the days and the 70s to 85. Whats the safest time to be outdoors . So the general rule here, daniel, is dusk in dawn, thats when the mosquitoes, especially the ones that carry West Nile Virus<\/a>, for example, they like to be out so dusk and dawn, thats why incidentally, there was these voluntary curfews that were put in Place And Theyve<\/a> been put in place in the past as well back in 2005, 2012, 2019. They can develop fever, they can develop body aches, vomiting, things like that, and it can even actually start to get into the brain, which is why people may develop seizures theres termers convulsions, things like that.
