we know that some are being moved off maui to get better treatment. we know our hospital on maui was overwhelmed with people showing up. my big fear was so many homes and businesses were burned down. we'll have to comb through the wreckage to say exactly what happened . we've heard stories about people who were helping to try to evacuate people in those categories. is that your concern, we may not know what has happened to some of those folks? >> absolutely. you know, we are a tight knit community. we are all now worried about our friends, our neighbors, or loved ones that could have been caught in this kay on the. you know, they think hawaii is a sprawled-out space, but we have a lot of tight-knit homes, and this would be us going piece by piece, making sure we know where everyone is, and praying for their safety and their health. we know things move so quickly, you've seen the videos and heard the firsthand accounts. i fear the worse that some were not able to make it out of their homes in time. >> what contact have you had with the federal government? >> this is coming out in newly unsealed court records. it turns out back in january twitter was served with this search warrant. they wanted donald trump's records from his twitter account and they wanted a nondisclosure order saying, twitter, you cannot tell donald trump about this. that's where they took issue. months-long legal fight that twitter has ultimately lost at the appeals court. and also, because twitter was somewhat delayed in handing over the materials, they were fined $350,000. >> wow. >> it does show house extensive, after the indictment has been handed out against donald trump, but we're getting a glimpse of how extensive the investigation has been for many months now. >> what about the special memo that the special counsel team has, but the january 6th committee did not have? >> there was revealed by new mexico, this was written on december 6th, 2020, just before the capitol attack, this was written by ken chesebro, and two of the things really crucial on this, they wanted this to play out, because it would garn tie the public's attend would be riveted and it would buy donald trump'am more time to contest the election of course, he did not go through with that plan, butting this crucial key evidence for the special counsel's office and prosecutors, and we're moving rapidly. we had that hearing on friday morning, about the protective order. all right. we'll be watching it. so much going on, jessica schn schneider, thank you. ohio says no to an effort that would have plead it harder to amend the state's constitution. that vote, major impact on abortion rights. we'll speak to a former ohio gopher -- governor who campaigned against the measure. and an american nurse and her daughter freed. what we're learning. one ticket, $1.6 billion. we're outside where a lucky lottery winner won the largest prize in megamillions history. that's next on "cnn news central." my brain. so i choose neuriva plus. unlike some others, neuriva plusus is a multitasker supporting 6 key indicators of brain health. toto help keep me sharp. neuriva: think bigger. young lady who was, mid 30s, couple of kids, recently went through a divorce. she had a lot of questions when she came in. i watched my mother go through being a single mom. at the end of the day, my mom raised ree children, including myself. and so once the client knew that she waheard. we were able to help her move forward. your client won't care how much you know until they know how much you care. ♪ ♪ limu emu & doug ♪ what do we always say, son? let's speak with congresswoman jill tekuda. she represents most of the hawaiian islands, and where we're seeing all these pictures coming in. congresswoman, i'm so sorry for what your constituents are dealing with. what's the latest you can tell us? >> first of all, thank you, brianna. this has absolutely been heartbreaking, devastating for so many of us. two of my islands in my district are on fire. such fear overcoming so many individuals. right now, as was mentioned, as daylight takes hold, we're only now able to assess the damage. happened at night. you can imagine the terror and fear. there's literally people taking to the ocean to escape . >> obviously they sought refuge there. what can you tell us about casualties? we know that some are being moved off maui to get better treatment. we know our hospital on maui was overwhelmed with people showing up. my big fear was so many homes and businesses were burned down. we'll have to comb through the wreckage to say exactly what happened . we've heard stories about people who were helping to try to evacuate people in those categories. is that your concern, we may not know what has happened to some of those folks? >> absolutely. you know, we are a tight knit community. we are all now worried about our friends, our neighbors, or loved ones that could have been caught in this kay on the. you know, they think hawaii is a sprawled-out space, but we have a lot of tight-knit homes, and this would be us going piece by piece, making sure we know where everyone is, and praying for their safety and their health. we know things move so quickly, you've seen the videos and heard the firsthand accounts. i fear the worse that some were not able to make it out of their homes in time. >> what contact have you had with the federal government? what else do you need? >> senator mayorkas called a little while ago and pledged full support of the agency s the coast guard was literally pulling people from the ocean. fema has already given the green light so we can get more fire fighting resources. we're going to need everybody we can to fight the fire, but it's the long term, for the people who have lost everything, their homes, clothes on their backs. generational business that is no longer exist today. we are going to make sure we pull every resource possible from the federal government to stand by and support our community through what will be a long and difficult time. you are on a bipartisan trip. are you heading back soon in order to attend your district? >> absolutely. we're already making arrangements for me to cut it short, start flying home tomorrow. i just need to be there with our people. i just ask everyone to send us your prayers, your good wishes. >> congresswoman, thank you so much for your time. we are so sorry for what people are enduring there on the island of maui. thank you. the fulton county district attorney could be days away from presenting her case against donald trump and perhaps officers. we do have brand-new information this hour that fani willis has assigned security services. cnn's sara murray is here. so a dozen indictments, that means a dozen people likely to be indicted here. >> yes. we are expecting more than a dozen people could face charges. it has been a sprawling investigation. she's got far beyond the trump call to secretary of state brad rafts berger. there could be people involved in that who could fake charges, and what we've heard about, the fake electors who assembled in georgia. >> understood. timing-wise, because she's presenting next week, that's why folks believe the decision is coming next week. >> there are two that immediate reg regularly. she's lining up the witnesses so she can present the -- the witnesses are supposed to be a 48 hours' heads-up, so hopefully we'll have some signals. >> thank you so much. major developments in the federal probe into 2020 election interference as well. a newly unsealed court filing says the special counsel got a warrant for the former president's twitter account, and it was so sensitive that twitter couldn't disclose it to trump. we're also see the trump tale's road map for overturning the 2020 election. a "new york times" got their hands on the memo. what can you tell you about this highly sensitive search warrant? >> this is coming out in newly unsealed court records. it turns out back in january twitter was served with this search warrant. they wanted donald trump's records from his twitter account and they wanted a nondisclosure order saying, twitter, you cannot tell donald trump about this. that's where they took issue. months-long legal fight that twitter has ultimately lost at the appeals court. and also, because twitter was somewhat delayed in handing over the materials, they were fined $350,000. >> wow. >> it does show house extensive, after the indictment has been handed out against donald trump, but we're getting a glimpse of how extensive the investigation has been for many months now. >> what about the special memo that the special counsel team has, but the january 6th committee did not have? >> there was revealed by new mexico, this was written on december 6th, 2020, just before the capitol attack, this was written by ken chesebro, and two of the things really crucial on this, they wanted this to play out, because it would garn tie the public's attend would be riveted and it would buy donald trump'am more time to contest the election of course, he did not go through with that plan, butting this crucial key evidence for the special counsel's office and prosecutors, and we're moving rapidly. we had that hearing on friday morning, about the protective order. all right. we'll be watching it. so much going on, jessica schn schneider, thank you. ohio says no to an effort that would have plead it harder to amend the state's constitution. that vote, major impact on abortion rights. we'll speak to a former ohio gopher -- governor who campaigned against the measure. and an american nurse and her daughter freed. what we're learning. one ticket, $1.6 billion. we're outside where a lucky lottery winner won the largest prize in megamillions history. that's next on "cnn news central." my brain. so i choose neuriva plus. unlike some others, neuriva plusus is a multitasker supporting 6 key indicators of brain health. toto help keep me sharp. neuriva: think bigger. young lady who was, mid 30s, couple of kids, recently went through a divorce. she had a lot of questions when she came in. i watched my mother go through being a single mom. at the end of the day, my mom raised ree children, including myself. and so once the client knew that she waheard. we were able to help her move forward. your client won't care how much you know until they know how much you care. ♪ ♪ limu emu & doug ♪ what do we always say, son?
