This will be based on discretionary income. So that money that you have after paying your taxes and also other living expenses. And individuals making 32,805 or less and families of four making 65,000 they would receive Monthly Payments down to zero. Others when the plan goes into full effect next summer, they could see their payments cut in half. And ultimately could have them all forgiven if they make their payments on time for ten years.
