Suggested, that the immune response in children is very robust. Apparently thats what it shows. Again, we have to wait for the data. When we talk about safety, we have to be careful. These are only 2,200 children. So there was no obvious Safety Signal there. Im sure the Fda Advisory Committee will be weighing the Risk Benefits. We know there are lots of cases in children. But the risk of dying is still very, very low. The Risk Benefit will be very important to be weighed. No doubt bit, this is great news. You know, good way to start the day and the week in our fight against coronavirus. I mean, this means that kids who are in kindergarten or older, and kids are back in school, can be vaccinated. Parents looking at the calendar, who are worried about going into winter, who do you think that will happen by . So i think we still have to go through the process. If pfizer submits the data by The End of september, which they suggested in the press release, you can get an authorization probably within the next four to six weeks. I dont want to presuppose that authorization is going to happen. Again, it is Risk Benefit. The risk of hospitalization of children is still very, very low. And the risk of death is low. So theyre going to have to weigh that Risk Benefit. Again, i dont want to presuppose that. Thats what the advisory committee will do. You saw them weigh that last week, which is why we dont have boosters except for those over 65. How do you weigh that . Because even though for children the risk is low, it has increased with the Delta Variant about five times i believe when it comes to hospitalizations. Still small, but, wow, thats quite a jump. Yeah. Absolutely. And i dont want to underestimate or underemphasize. We have about 250,000 cases among children every week right now. So that is a tremendous increase. And about 1 of those get hospitalized. So this is really very, very significant. What i would like to see happen is theres been 110 deaths in the 5 to 11yearolds. I would like to see the Cdc Look at every single one of those deaths to make sure we give the fda the opportunity to at least authorization it in highRisk Groups. One of my big Pet Peeves is only 24 states report children hospitalizations. That is absolutely egregious. We need every state to report children in hospitalizations so we can make these kind of decisions. The fda has a tough job. Our lack of reporting by the states, including my Home State of texas and also New York, is making this much more difficult on the fda. When you look at what this Age Group and trial got, they got a smaller dose. 10 micrograms compared to the normal 30 micrograms that 12 and over get in the pfizer vaccine. Tell us why that matters and how parents should be looking at this. Well, this is a very appropriate step. Im a pediatrician and pediatric icu doctor. And very typically, and i think every parent knows this, you know, you give childrens doses, whether its Tylenol Or Ibuprofen or even antibiotics. So its common a smaller dose would be needed in a smaller child. I dont know all the data that pfizer looked at, but im sure they did a very careful analysis. It is a much smaller dose, about a third of the dose. It will make sense to most moms and dads. Children need smaller doses. This is a smaller dose. If this is safe for the Age Group 5 and over, what does it tell us about whether it will be safe for those under 5 . We build on data, right . We never want to presuppose a 1yearold is the same as a 50yearold or even a 10yearold. This is building a foundation. This is done properly. We give it to the higher Risk Groups first, adults. It is a remarkably safe vaccine. Everybody over 16 for sure ought to be getting this vaccine. And we build on this foundation. And its been remarkably safe. Odds are, it is going to be safe in the younger Age Groups. But we never want to make bets on our children. That its why we look at the data. This has been done carefully, cautiously and at the appropriate steps. Im very hopeful that it will be safe. Its likely going to be safe. But we still need to look at the data to make sure. We dont want to risk our children. Look, there is a lot of messaging that has to be done around this. The numbers are showing us even kids 12 and older arent getting vaccinated at a very high rate, right . This is something doctors and public officials are going to need to communicate. I want to ask you about today, which is september 20th. This is supposed to be the day, the week the White House announced widespread Booster Rollout began. And dr. Fauci defended his and the administrations early calls for the widespread boosters after the fda rejected the widespread booster on friday. Do you think that the White House jumped the gun, the administration jumped the gun on calling for these boosters . Well, they definitely jumped the gun by giving a deadline of september 20th. They really got the policy ahead of the science. And, again, this is a hard job. But i think they should have positioned it. The way we positioned it, as soon as boosters are authorized by the fda, we will have them within 48 hours to pharmacies. They did Jump The Gun by giving a deadline. And i bet they regret that now and that wont happen again. I dont want the messaging to be confused. The fact that boosters werent authorized for people under 65 Means Nothing about the fact that you should get a vaccine if youre authorized to get a vaccine, shoe get it. They are highly protective. For those over 65, they did authorize that. We do know there is waning immunity and risk of hospitalizations in those over 65. Boosters over 65, get the vaccine for everyone else. It is possible we will have boosters in the future for everyone. Its just the data are not there now. And thats good, right . Its good. Because people under 65 dont get hospitalized and dont die with just two doses. Thats great news. Lets look at it in perspectives. The fact that you dont need it shows its effectiveness. I want to ask you about something we heard from scott gottlieb. He was talking about something you and the Task Force began last year. Nobody knows where it came from. The initial recommendation that the cdc brought to the White House, and they talk about this, was 10 feet. And a political appointee in the White House said we cant recommend 10 feet. Nobody can measure 10 feet. Society will shutdown. So the compromise was six feet. Imagine if that detail leaked out. This would say this is the White House interfering with the cdcs judgment. 10 feet was no more right than six feet. It is arbitrary and not science based. These anecdotes get exposed and thats where americans start to lose confidence in how the decisions got made. Tell us about that. He is saying its arbitrary, this distance that so many regulations have glommed on to. First of all, i dont remember any conversation in the Situation Room where 10 feet was discussed. It was always six feet or three feet. But it may be true. I just was not a witness to that. It certainly wasnt in the Task Force meetings. The second piece that i think is important, theres a difference between arbitrary, which scott just said, and arbitrary and not having the exact taught and making your best judgment. Amount of what we have in the pandemic is not written in stone. Its based on your best judgment. There is a lot of data looking at how far particles go before they settle. What size particles. And the cdc made their best judgment on the data that were there. They also made their best judgment on especially deem logic data, like transmission in limited settings like restaurants or in choir practices. So the six feet is not written in stone. It could be five feet. It could be seven feet. We know with masks it can be three feet. But it wasnt arbitrary, first of all. It was based on the data that we have. And secondly, i do think its important that public Health Recommendation Need to be operationalized, doable by people. If you tell them you need to be 5. 76 feet away from someone, that doesnt make sense. It has to be operational. Six feet is something that people can understand. It matched the data. And i think the cdc made a reasonable recommendation based on that. He said it was a political decision, not a scientific one. Do you disagree with that . I told you first i never heard the 10 feet mentioned in the Situation Room. Scott was certainly not in the Situation Room. He parachuted out of the administration before the pandemic hit. He may have that information. Im telling you i never heard that information. There was never a discussion where the politics would have happened in the Situation Room where the president , vice president. It was always six feet. I never heard the 10 feet number. Thats just my experience. Admiral, thank you for being with us on a really Big Day here for vaccines. Admiral brett giroir. Thank you. Christine romans joins me now. Kids have parents, romans and thats what this is about. Reporter an important development for parents to get back to normal. We need two things for a postcovid economy. Covid vaccines for kids. One thing holding back Jobs Recovery is parents who arent going back to work because they are caring for their kids in a pandemic. Schools are mostly open this fall thankfully in person. Many parents are still concerned about outbreaks among unvaccinated children and school disruption. Outside of schools, there is a Child Care crisis. The typical worker works 12 an hour. They have quit in droves. The pandemic puts their health a Lot Risk going to work, and the remaining Child Care workers we have are simply burned out. Without reliable Child Care for children, women in particular are in a bind. The atlanta fed found before the pandemic women with children under 6 made up 10 of the workforce but accounted for 22 of the job loss. Anything that can make kids safe during covid is critical in the recovery. Another important headline on the covid this morning, another reason for grownups to be vaccinated. 72 of Health Insurance plans are no longer covering the entire cost of covid treatments. At the onset, most Health Insurers waived outofpocket costs for covid treatments. With vaccines widely available they are treating it like any other illness. You are susceptible to deductibles and copays. Covid will cost you. It could cost you your health but also a lot of money. We just looked at the numbers. 42 of kids 12 to 15yearold received the vaccine. In order for the vaccines to make a difference from 5 to 11, we need to get the rate up we need grownups to be vaccinated and more young people to be vaccinated and make sure we are expanding vaccinations, john, are the way out of this the new economy, the post covid economy depends on vaccinations. Christine romans, thanks very much. All right. We have Breaking News on the Cross Country Search for gabby petito. Commissioner, thank you so much for being with us. This discovery i know is devastating for the family of gabby petito. What does it mean for the investigation itself . Well, this is a critical time in the investigation. The key component of any investigation is the crime scene. And thankfully they have been able to discover that. And the officials will be there searching for evidence from the scene. Anything that might put the suspect at that location, footprint, footwear impressions, tire impressions, things like cellular Phone Monitoring and identification of locations. Even in a rural area it can provide extensive information to the investigation. So they will start right at that scene and work their way out from there. All of those, you know, forensic issues. And then they will follow that up with interviews, people in the area, looking at sraot even in the rural area. That provides extensive information. And, again, as tragic and sad as it is, what story do the Human Remains themselves tell . Well, Theyll Look at the condition that the body is in. They will develop a Working Theory as to what happened even before the postmortem is completed. And they will start to look for weapons. They will start to look for anything that would indicate exactly what happened here, what the story was. Is this a crime of passion . Was there an argument . Is there something else going on here none of us know about. There will be evidence at the scene. They have the van in florida. They will go back and check the van very carefully. This is a very methodical process. But what they want to do is put together a timeline that shows exactly what occurred. So brian laundrie, who is the boyfriend, is now missing. Police say hes a Person Of Interest in the case. They dont call him a suspect. I guess my first question is, how could he have gone missing . How is it . Shouldnt authorities have been keeping their eyes on him this whole time . The short answer to that is yes, they should be paying attention to where he is and what hes up to. But i know from personal experience trying to do a 24 7 surveillance of someone and keeping them in your sights when you dont have enough to detain them is an extremely difficult proposition. We lose people all the time. If they have any sophistication at all, they can shake any tail you have on them. Sit not an even proposition to follow someone you Cant Hold onto. He is named as a Person Of Interest. They have been searching this wildlife refuge area. Commissioner ed davis, thanks so much for being with us. Thank you, sir. As the president heads to new York Tonight for the united nations general assembly, we are told he and french president Emmanuel Macron are expected to speak in the coming days about a diplomatic crisis between the two nations. In an extraordinary move, france has withdrawn its ambassador to the u. S. After australia struck a deal with the u. S. To build nuclearpowered submarines backing out of a deal with the french. Joining us now to talk about this is robin wright, a columnist with the New Yorkers and distinguished fellow with the wilson center. Look, this is a relationship historically and even in president times that is incredibly close. Months ago, Biden And Macron were Walking Arm and arm, this intimate portrait of them when they had a summit together. Tell us The Dynamics at play here. Well, the issue on the surface is the sale of these nuclear submarines to australia, which takes away the deal that france had. But the real issue is the alliance. Joe biden campaigned on Felting America back in with the world, multilateral approaches on the big challenges of the 2021 century. Whether its china, covid, the global economy. And this for the french is seen as walking away, being blindsided by a deal, as Biden And Macron were walking Hand In hand. Its almost certain the united states, australia, and britain were negotiating this deal as an alternative to frances teal. So france feels betrayed. And the timing of it is terrible. In july, they unveiled a Statue Of Liberty on the lawn of the french ambassadors with the Secretary Of State there. They were about to hold a celebration. The night that the french ambassador left to celebrate 240 years of french involvement in Americas War of independence against britain. So i think people will say why australia . But you have to think back to this. I mean, president obama, as he was trying to make the pivot to china, went to northern australia, right . He went to darwin. They were amping up their Military Partnership with australia because of australias proximity to china. So this is a strategic decision here. Its a strategic decision. But remember france has territories in The Endopacific region. It plays out economically. It plays out in terms of strategy. And it wanted to be part of the kind of Western Alliance in dealing with china. When you see the pivot to china, closing up shop in afghanistan, how are you evaluating what you see the biden administration doing . Well, Joe Biden of the most experienced president ever in foreign policy. He knew the world. He traveled it. And whats happened, whether its in afghanistan or with the french and more broadly in dealing with the europeans, our closest allies, he looked rather clumsy. I think it backfired on him. France and the united states will repair a relationship but there will be Cynicism And Skepticism about u. S. Credibility all over again, especially with the french Charging Pine is acting as trump did, america first. Next, it is Donald Trump versus the gop. Why the former president has set his sights on senator Mitch Mcconnell. Plus, the democratic mayor of San Francisco Under Fire for appearing to throughout her own mask rules. The backstory, ahead. It may be The End of the road for congressional democrats hoping to find a pathway to legalization for millions of immigrants in their 3. 5 trillion budget bill. The senate Praarliamentarian Ruling that it would be to complex to pass through the Budget Reconciliation Process which requires a simple majority. Democrats want to pay for their agenda by taxing the rich as punctuated by alexandria ocasiocortez. But that is more complicated than meets the eye. John avlon has a Reality Check. Tax the rich. Thats what it said on Aocs Dress at the met gala. Was it liberal elitism or even a possible ethics violation. Heres whats not debatable. The dress got more Mainstream Attention Put Forward by House Democrats last week to raise taxes on the rich. Even on some news, coverage was nearly neck and neck. Dont get distracted. Pay attention to substance. Even if its an Opening Bid with a lot of obstacles ahead, this is a very big deal. It would raise 2. 1 trillion in new revenue from the wealthiest americans in 10 years while making a trillion in cuts, some would benefit lower income families, like making the Child Tax Credit permanent. The balance for domestic spending that president biden is betting will rebuild the middle class. Dont forget the american revolution began as a tax protest. Even when its directed at the top 1 , talk of Raising Attacks is always going to provoke serious add gentleman. You will see this is in most cases either return to or reduction from where rates were under obama and clinton. They saw Record Growth under their watches. Not exactly Beverage Pharbs for socialism. 39. 6 for individuals making 400,000 and families making 450, which is what it was before the Trumps Tax Cut and far less than the top rate in decades after the second world war. Or the corporate Tax Rate. Democrats are proposing it be raise to 26. 5 . Few companies actually pay the full amount. So play zero. Closing loopholes could raise more revenue. 25 for top earners is well below what biden originally proposed. They removed really bad ideas like making families pay a tax on increased value of a home they inherit. A lot more negotiation On The Road to reconciliation. Some will complain this doesnt go far enough. Some republicans will No Doubt scream socialism. But heres the bigger back drop. The Wealth Fan between americas richest and poorer families more than doubled between 1989 and 2016. Middle incoming grew at a slower rarity than uppertier incomes. 2018, after the Trump Tax cuts, the 400 wealthiest americans paid a lower effective Tax Rate than Working Class Americans For The First Time in our history. Pan out and the picture doesnt get much better. 09 made an average of 39,000. The top 5 averaged 320,000. But the top. 1 averaged nearly 2. 9 million. Jared Kushner And Ivanka trump declared 36 Million while working in the White House. There is a big difference between the working wealthy and the super rich. Thats why House Democrats have proposed 3 sur tax on people making more than 5 Million a year. Whats clear is the past few decades we have seen the middle of Americas Economy hollowed out in ways that help increase our polarization which can lead to a crisis in confidence in capitalism. You will hear biden talk a lot about the middle class. Look past the slogans and pay attention to the real policies because thats where rhetoric meets reality. And thats your Reality Check its such an important one. Thank you for telling us what is under the hood of these talking points. You know, you hear politicians talking about it. What is it really about . John avlon, thank you. Former President Trump waging war against Mitch Mcconnell. Trump is set to be looking for a challenger to unseat the powerful senator from his Leadership Position in the senate. A move that could split the party ahead of next years midterms, according to a new report in the Wall Street Journal. Joining us is scott jennings, cnn political comment airport, former adviser to Mitch Mcconnell. Im not sure how former, actually. Donald trump wants Mitch Mcconnell out as minority leader. How nervous is mcconnell this morning . Not very. Honestly, this is a continuation of what Donald Trumps posture has been towards mcconnell since mcconnell decided that Joe Biden had been elected president of the united states. What i thought was telling about the Wall Street Journal article that came out about this yesterday is not a single person would take Donald Trump up on his offer. Even mo brooks. And sitting members of the Republican Conference they interviewed all said he is doing a good job. And John Kennedy said it is like trying to teach a donkey how to fly. This is a situation where you have to have a plan. The reason he has been successful at winning elections in kentucky is because he always has a plan. Donald trump never has a plan and thinks he can speak things into existent. Mcconnell has never lost an election, ever. Hes never been beaten in kentucky and never lost a leadership election. And Trump U has tried twice and gotten fewer points than his opponent twice. In a headtohead, i think he has a Track Record thats he will be reelected again if he wants to be. Its always been different in the senate than the house. Senators have their own individual identities. They have their own individual brands. Its a little different kind of chamber than the house and other offices. And i think if you are one of these people that wants to have your own identity and brand, you have to ask yourself, do i want Donald Trump effectively in charge of my life every tday. It becomes about him, his priorities, his daily emotions and less about you. One of the hallmarks of Mcconnells Leadership in the senate has been he does more listening than talking. And that would be the opposite if Donald Trump were the De Facto head of the Senate Republican Conference you to listen to him, get on his line every day. And that effectively takes away your own identity, brand and wants and needs for any given day for your state. I think that is why mcconnell has had the longevity that he has. He doesnt make it about him. He does listening. And when he can, drives as much unity in the conference as he can. Under trump, you would get i think more discord, disunity, more division. In a legislative conference, it doesnt work. Can i ask a question. Mcconnell had a chance to diminish the power of Donald Trump even more. He could have voted to convict him in the senate Impeachment Trial in february. He could have supported the bipartisan commission looking into january 6th. He could be speaking out. He doesnt like speaking out publicly about Donald Trump forward looking. He said he would support him if hes the republican nominee in 2024. Does Mitch Mcconnell regret not trying to initial further trumps power . Mcconnells belief is it is his job to drive as much unity as possible and to drive forward republican principles and Policy Ideas as much as possible and to stop the democratss ideas. Thats what he views his job as. In the Republican Conference, if you look at all the quotes given by senators, they say Mitch Mcconnell is doing a good job because of what we want him to do. It would be a foolish to run out every day, screaming about Donald Trump if youre Mitch Mcconnell. Other people can do it and other people have done it. In his position, his job is to drive unity in the Republican Conference. They believe, by the way, unity leads to winning. Ultimately, who can get the republicans back the majority in the senate. Thats all mcconnell cares about. Youll notice he doesnt talk about Donald Trump because it doesnt serve his end to get republicans back in the senate. Thats the discipline that is required to be a legislative leader in this environment. And its the kind of discipline that trump never had when he was president of the united states. What trump said works for trump. It just wouldnt work for Mcconnell Or Anybody who seeks to run the Senate Republican Conference when they dont want it to be about you, they want it to be about unity and the team. Scott jennings, thank you very much. Thanks, john. San Francisco Mayor London Breed is Under Fire after video has come to light that shows her maskless, Dancing And Sepbinginn an indoor concert of tony, tony, tony. That is breed on the left. They say she violated her departments own masking order which came out in august and applies to the vaccinated like the mayor and the unvaccinated. Heres what the order says. People may remove their wellfitted mask while actively Eating Or Drinking, while dining indoors or while taking in live performances. Now, actively being the operative word there. Heres how Mayor Breed is responding to the criticism. I was there. I was eating. And i was drinking. And i was sitting with my friends. And everyone who came in there was vaccinated. So the fact that we have turned this into a story about being maskless, no, im not going to sip and put my mask, on sip and put my mask on, sip and put my mask on, eat and put my mask on. While im eating and drinking, im going to keep my mask off. So the fact that this is even a story is sad. To be clear, that is not whats at issue here, whether she sips and puts a mask on, takes a bite and puts a mask back on and so on. The issue is she was indoors, not eating, not drinking, close to people without a mask on. Yes, vaccinated, in this minutelong video. There is no active Eating Or Drinking and the order is clear even for vaccinated people. Masks on. The mayor is supposed to lead by example. And she knows this because she caught major flack last year when she didnt. Breed attended a Birthday Party at the french laundry with seven others back in november just days before San Francisco rolled back the reopening of indoor dining. Despite State Guidelines that strongly discouraged social gatherings capping them at three households. It is unclear how many households were present at that party dinner, the paper said. If the french laundry sounds familiar,s it is the same restaurant where Gavin Newsom attended a party the day before breed. That may have cost him a price where Recall Challenge that he successfully fended off last week. So democrats who favor covid restrictions, they know the political perils of violating their own guidance, whether in spirit or letter. But in this latest case involving Mayor Breed, she said focusing on her behavior misses the real story. The fact is, there was something that was really monumental that occurred. And that is tony, tony, tony, the original members, who have not performed in public for i believe at least over 20 years, they are just really some of the most incredible artists in the history of this country and the Bay Area in particular. And the fact that that is getting lost here is very unfortunate. Now, yes tony tony tony is great. The Nostalgia Factor high for their future. The 90s the best decade, by the way. And for life being awesomely normal had we can sing if i had no loot without worrying about a virus. The reason tony tony tony is not the story is because the mayor of a major city is not implying with her departments health guidance. If the actions are standard, there are a lot of things that would be in compliance for the vaccinated that we know are not. The guy on amtrak, who has a beer in front of him and talks maskless the entire almost Threehour Train Trip from d. C. To New York because maybe he takes the occasional sip. This Husband And Wife team started riverdale Childrens Theater here in New York. The magic behind rct is the diversity among the performers and also the confidence it gives to young people to lean on Each Other and put themselves on the line. Gather, gather, everyone gather, gather, come on lets do this right what does it feel like for you when youre on stage . Youre always nervous at first but you get on stage its so exhilarating. I found my passion for performing here. I dont know where id be without rct. What do you want kids to get out of the riverdale Childrens Theater . We want them to get a sense of belonging and we want them to have that selfconfidence to go into the world and take what theyve learned with us, the kindness, their inclusivity and take it out into their lives. I open my Eyes Reporter ten years ago derek woods and Electricy Lillie woods created the riverdale Childrens Theater. Theyre a great influence on me for Life Skills and performing skills and everything in between. Im born and raised in the bronx, lived and worked here my whole life, so a program like this was sorely lacking. Reporter rct offers College Audition prep to full scale productions and no child is ever turned away for financial reasons. No, no, no its not just theater theyre working on, right . Theyre working on life. Theyre Learning Confidence and theyre Learning Courage and theyre learning trust. Theyre learning how to trust Each Other, and its wonderful to see it all come together. I open my Eyes Everything thats happened the last year, obviously we have questions about racial justice all around the country. Weve had all kinds of Anti Semitic attacks, right . You have a huge number of jewish hits here, antiasian attacks. How has that played into this here . We have kids from every walk of life, all ethnic groups, all religious groups, and we find thats really our success. I just wanted to get away from it all because its just so dark to talk about and to be in a place where i can, you know, wear my yamalke and not have to worry about being shot at is amazing. Can t means a lot. You learn so much about other peoples cultures and makes you so much more aware about yourself. I did theater my whole life. My first play was in first grade, i played a donkey and the last was a Drag Show my senior year of college. I was never good enough to do anything with it but that didnt matter because i just loved it. I think he needs a little musical theater back into his life. You think we can get him into one of our Numbers Today . Yeah all right. All right. So you hit your mark. Okay. Sing out and have fun with it. Should we try it . Sure. Yeah [ cheers and applause ] no limitation, thats what its all about were not the same, were different in a good way together is where we belong were all in this together when i was on stage with them, they dont hold back. Theyre all in. I know. Arent they awesome . They really are. Theyre so good to Each Other, so supportive of Each Other. Its beautiful. I stunk and they made me feel great about it. You were amazing. I could use a few more rehearsals. Everyone [ cheers and applause ] so they have a saying at rct, if youre wrong, be strong, which is to say if youre going to go make a mistake, its not going to go well on stage, just bring it, right . You might as well make it big No Matter whether its right or wrong there. It really say wonderful lesson to learn. Its awesome. You did bring it, i will say. You only semistunk and you needed a little bit of practice. Semi . Look, they were amazing, right, so how do sha its haro sweet. Its so wonderful. I get joy watching them. Its wonderful you highlighted this group and what a difference it is making. You can really see just with the confidence, even in their mistakes, how theyre going to carry that on through the rest of their lives. Its great. Something they can take with them forever. Good morning to our viewers here in the united states and all around the world. Im John Berman with brianna keilar. It is monday, september 20th. The Breaking News this morning comes in the fight against covid19, this morning just a short time ago, pfizer released its first data on its vaccines for children as young as 5. The company says, now this is data coming from the company, it has not been peer reviewed, the company says the Coronavirus Vaccine is safe for that group and it shows a robust antibody response. Now this is a trial that included participants ages 5 to 11 who took a twodose regimen and used just a third of the amount of vaccine that would be administered to people who are 12 and older. Pfizer says the levels compared well with older people who received the larger dose and the company says it now plans to submit for Emergency Use Authorization from the fda soon, and that it is expecting Trial Data for children as young as six months, as soon as the fourth quarter of this year.
