And Sean Hannity have in common. They do have something in common and the answer is coming up. First, the political tactics that are causing so much chaos. Its a threeparter lie, rinse and repeat. And we have to see it clearly and cover it clearly. Lets start in california, where the recall was an example of lie, rinse and repeat. Fox and other gop promoters acted like Larry Elder had a real chance to win. They sworn californians were desperate to dump gavin newsom. Some even called the election rigged before the election even happened. Then when the recall failed predictably, fox just made excuses and quickly moved on, like the gop was determined not to learn any lessons and thus may be destined to repeat the same mistakes. The even further right channel who wanted american news, predepartmented newsom didnt win, predented the recall results were a mystery, until i called them out on twitter. And some still portrayed elders the winner for trying, participation trophy. Lie, rinse, repeat, dont expose an audience to realitybased news. If It Accidently happens, if the truth slips through, you know what these channels do . They cut it off. This actually happened in primetime on newsmax this week. We know the administrations efforts were fairly weak, they tried to limit the number of people who could get out. Joe, i have were here a long time, joe. Cut him off, please. Cut him off now youre not going to blame this on President Trump on my show thats not happening. Cut him off now is a useful summary of the protrumps Media Approach to inconvenient information. Cut him off. Take the investigation into the investigation of the fbis russia probe. In and around Fox News land, the Durham Probe is a very big deal. Guys like Sean Hannity have been hyping it for years, promising it would knock the socks off the deep state. But its basically been a total bust. Poor sean. Quoting cnns Katelyn Polantz here, the cases durham was brought, they were both false statement charges, accusations of lying, focused on prifal characters, flubbing details that would not have altered the main focus of the russia investigation, as she reminds us, found the Trump Campaign welcomed and exploited russias election interference. So the Protrump Fan Base was misled again. What does fox do . They go back to calling the Russia Collusion Stuff a hoax. Lie, rinse, repeat. Donald trump is doing the same thing, emphasis on the repeating. He just wrote a letter asking the Georgia Secretary of state to decertify last years election. Just for laughs, try to imagine Hillary Clinton sending a desperate letter like this, imagine hannitys coverage. Do you think he would spontaneously combust . I think he would. But heres The Thing, the right wing Media Machine has barely touched that story. They barely mentioned trumps delusions about getting the election decertified. These are lies of admission, a refusal to admit what the gop has become. Through lies of omission, they enable more it. Somebody like hannity would say, brian, you lie too. You ignore stuff too. Your network ignores the border crisis, which is obviously not true. Its been a Lead Story on cnn. But lies about the media are an essential part of this political tactic. The rest of the media must be discredited in order to keep up the charade. Cut them off now cut off inconvenient information, say the media is just a bunch of screwups. Thats key to the entire technique. These are all signs of a broken party and signs of an unhealthy reliance on political entertainers and drifters and radio hosts and Tv Stars who are partly responsible for breaking it. And theyre getting richer at everyone elses expense. Rupert murdoch, 31 Million last year. His son, 27 million. People often ask me about cnn anchors who do these monologues, you know, these type of essays, straight to Camera Essays usually at the start of the show. We do these a lot more than we did five years ago. Other anchors may have other answers why they like to use this format but i always tell people, this format can cut through the Blather And Bologna so much more effectively than a News Package or little Sound Bite or he said she said debate. The things that are broken in our politics and our media are so much bigger than a Sound Bite. Give me like 30 seconds or reducing it to one paragraph down at the bottom of the story minimizes whats happening, minimizes whats broken. But i also recognize that my reach is limited on here. America is one country in two completely different media worlds. The people with the real power to break through and call out the gops lying, well, they tend not to employ that power. They lie, they rinse, and they repeat. So we try to document It And debunk It And figure out where the lies are leading us. Here to help with that, new Yorker Staff Writer and Cnn Contributor Evan osnos, author of Wild Land the making of Americas Fury and Here With Me David Zurich formally of the Baltimore Sun and pro professor of media studies. Thank you to both of you. Thank you for coming on. As you can tell, im increasingly struggling how The Press, realitybased press, is supposed to get its arms around whats broken when we have these old formats like 1,000word story or two Segment Piece on the Evening News which fundamentally are not able to capture whats happening. That leads me to think, does it take and entire book, do we all have to do this like youve done with Wild Land to encapsulate it in 400, 500 pages . I think youve done it too. One of The Things you identified is theres a toolbox, set of techniques we deploy over and over again. They go over ways. Often to the tobacco industry. Im often thinking these days, there was a fateful memo Written By Brown And Williamson which they said doubt is our product. They were facing new regulations. They were facing a new understanding of the truth about tobacco. What they said was doubt, by manufacturing doubt, that is the way we fight back against what they identified as the body of fact. Youve seen that deployed decade after decade. First against climate change, then against barack obamas birthplace, and eventually the 2020 election and the vaccine. Doubt is the product. Doubt is the product. David, how do you react to that . Brian, The Thing what you came out of the with this morning is great. The one thought i had, even about this Protest Rally that fizzled, is look, we may never reach the 30 that gets its information from fox and the farther right wing media. The protrump media, but theres 70 of people based in reality and The Thing we have not been able to convince many of them of is how much Danger Democracy is now in because of the last five years with trump. You know, when we have Tucker Carlson going to hungary and promoting Victor Abohn as a great leader, weve got media and we have trump pushing for autocracy. You know Joe Biden was right when he said its a struggle between Autocracy And Democracy now. But we grew up with the civic books and the pictures of our monuments in washington and we think of democracy as something immutable, powerful, unshakable. It isnt. Its an idea and an experiment and its frightening how far down the road, how much damage has already been done to democracy, and engaged, smart people still dont seem to get there. And meanwhile, the Big Lie keeps going. The Big Lie keeps going, and its reinforced by fox, which god help them, i dont know if theres an after world how badly theyre going to be punished for rupert murdochs money. But what theyre doing, this is not a game. This is america at stake here. It breaks my heart to see whats going on with this. And, brian, thats our challenge. You know, you said im not sure is this the way we should do it . I dont have the answer either how we should do it, but i know we have to keep screaming democracy is in danger, democracy is in danger, and we have to take steps to protect it. You mentioned that rally yesterday, which was a dud, and i think a lot of us knew ahead of time would probably fizzle out. I was on cnn at the time. What matters in this rally is not what happened in d. C. , its the digital version, the ideas been mainstreamed, and these who attacked the capitol are rioters. Lets go right to the mainstream media, did we overreact to the rally . No, part of what happened on January 6th is the political world and media were essentially caught flatfooted by the scale that was coming. So theres an essential overcorrection, were not going to get caught flatfooted this time. There are images where reporters surrounded a single protester. But i think were also wise to remember in a way because yesterday was a dud, it was defused before it ever began, was not a sign these kinds of divisions have gone away. I think theres a risk that whether we sort of look at what happened yesterday, we say, okay, clearly these folks are fading away. No, the truth is that risk is metastasizing. And the folks who are betting in a sense on the nonreality based world, the idea Donald Trump had the election stolen from him, that is not going away. If anything, its digging in. Our vp was on our Conference Call and said just because youre not sneezing didnt mean youre not sick. Thank goodness it was peaceful yesterday, no ig about deal. But there was still a sickness this rally represented. You know what will happen, The Press went down there trying to make Trouble And Nothing happened. Theres going to be egg on the face of the news media. Im sure thats how theyre going to portray what happened yesterday. In The End as you said in your opening, its also attack the media, attack the mainstream media, attack the mainstream media. But you also saw the rinse and regime cycle with this. As soon as it looked as if this rally was not going to be an event, leaders like trump said oh, its a setup, dont go. They started to move away from it. Nighttime hosts on fox started to move away from it, who even cares . Whos going to go . Honestly exactly what was just said is so true, it metastasized. Its there. The message of this nonrally yesterday is not that things are getting better, things are okay, trump is losing his influence, no, thats not true. Look at the congressman who resigned this week because he dared to vote for impeachment on trump. He knows whats going on in this country with trump and the republican party. It is not safe. Our danger keeps growing by the day. And honestly, i dont know how we deal with trump. In five years we have not found a way to encounter his mendacity and serial lies. Cnn, the washington post, hire fact checkers. We did everything we could. We should admit, we need to keep trying to figure out. Try as hard as we can. Interesting. David, thank you for being here. And now i want to bring in harry trump, clinical Psychologist And Author of the reckoning our country trying to heal. I was going to introduce as the most famous or infamous niece and i dont know if you like that title but i want to talk to you about the reckoning because it gets into what happened or didnt happen at the rally. The country experiencing what happened January 6th. What were your impressions of the Media Coverage of the rally and was it overhyped . It i agree with your previous guests that we Cant Pretend these things are not happening. I have been told many times all we need to do is ignore donald and this will all go away and thats absurd. Hes a clear and present danger. He continues to be propped up by his entire party. The republican leadership continues to find him useful and continues to help him spread the Big Lie about the election and Big Lie about the insurrection. Do i dont believe we can look away. Im very glad nothing happened yesterday, but as you said earlier, that doesnt mean we can let our guard down because the right wing media will spin it in such a way that the Rally Goers were silenced somehow or they werent allowed to exercise their rights, and its going to continue to be Ab Issue going forward because at the very beginning of the show when you were talking about how they continued to shape their Message Depen depending on how its landing, and unfortunately, theyre pretty successful in doing that. Yes, theres brandnew data from pri, one of my favorite groups, that shows the Media Diets on people who believe what happened last year during the election and january in d. C. Heres one of the slides saying if you trust Fox News and right wing media, you tend to believe the election was stolen. 76 of those folks say they believe it was stolen when it wasnt. Other sources, much, much lower percentage of people buy into that fantasy or nightmare. So do you see any solution to the Media Diet Part of this republic . Its tricky, because obviously we have a first amendment, but you cant yell fire in a movie theater. So im not entirely sure why these Media Outlets are allowed to lie so blatantly to the american people to the point where our very fragile democracy is on the brink. It really is. We have not dodged the bullet yet. And people are actively being told to put themselves in a situation visavis covid where theyre putting their lives, their childrens lives and other peoples lives at risk. I think one thing that absolutely needs to happen outside of the media is the Democratic Party needs to start taking this as seriously as the rest of us. Were under constant threat, and were not going to get anywhere if we continue to pretend that the republican party is acting in good faith. I have a democratic Congre Congressman coming up and i want to hear what he says on that. Mary, thank you for coming on the program. Thank you, brian. Also on the case of missing woman petito. And Congressman Smith is here to tell the story next. Ive got moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. Now, theres skyrizi. 3 out of 4 people achieved 90 clearer skin at 4 months, after just 2 doses. Its already the number one best seller thanks to early excerpts that led to lots and lots of preorders. I read it ten years ago, i would have thought it would be a horrifying work of fiction. But its apparently nonfiction that we still live in a perilous state. I have something to show on a little lighter note. Its about the Day President biden took office and new chief of Staff Ron Klain was waiting around because the new chief of staff, mark meadows, was running late. He said well have to be briefer. Why . Trump unexpectedly signed a pardon for jeanine pirros husband. They had to run to the Justice Department before noon so it could be legally registered. So one final favor for fox. Peril 00 is is full of these nuggets but the one that hit me the most was about congressman adam smith, chairman of the house arms committee. This is what smith described. Smith is flying home to seattle the day after the capitol right. All around him are trump fans, talking like theyre part of the riot, bummed that they failed. With me now is congressman adam smith. When i read this in peril i called your office and said has he shared this story before . Its shocking. They said you had not. I imagine youre slinking down in your seat just hoping none of these riders recognized. Is that what happened . No, i did not shrink down in any way. I found the whole thing fascinating. You certainly rarely hear an opportunity to hear sort of unfiltered because they were talking to each other. So i was interested to hear, what did they think of the whole thing . It definitely was educational. The big point is what your earlier guests were talking about and the threat to our democracy and representative government itself. So understanding why people are willing to throw aside that representative democracy at this point is really important. Let me quote from the passage in the book that describes your trip. It says, ugly Talk Conspiracies to kill the election filled the plane and so did chatter about qanon. Other passengers mentioned smith mwe. Smith did not know what they were talking about. He was horrified to learn listening to passengers explain openly it meant 6 Million were note enough, in reference to the 6 Million jews exterminated in Nazi Concentration camps. Is that accurate . No. And that is an unfortunate consequence. When i spoke to mr. Woodward, we spoke about what i heard on the plane and also about what i heard on January 6th at the capitol and the days leading up to it. The people on the plane didnt Say Anything racist or antisemitic. The reference you make is to something i saw at the January 6th rally. In that conversation i think mr. Woodward conflated the two. But i want to make it clear i did not hear anything from the people on the plane about racism or antisemitism. What i heard was the feeling they had lost their country and they had to take it back by any means necessary. And it was interesting to sort of sort through why they thought they lost their country. And the racism that we all had seen January 6th, not that i heard on the flight. I feel bad thats curious. So thats curious. I just pulled it back up in the book, page 261. Lets put on the other full screen we prepared for this. The way that your experiences relived, its in the form of a conversation with mark milley. You said i had just had the most unbelievable, unsettling Experience Smith said in a Phone Call January 8th to Chairman Milley. So the Way Woodward presents it, hes describing you on the phone with milley and as the reader youre thinking, wow, youre in on this Phone Call. Is that how the reporting works sometimes, you told woodward about your Phone Call and then you say a little bit of it was conflated . Yes, it is true that i spoke to Chairman Milley about this. I spoke with Chairman Milley a great deal in the last six months of the trump administration, mainly to make sure we had a peaceful transition to power. But i think its really important to understand where a lot of these trump supporters are coming from. And i think it is a fundamental lack of faith in representative government itself, and theres a lot of things we have to do about qanon and conspiracies and all of this other stuff. I think its really important that we shore up the very ideas that underpin represented democracy and how politics work. People have rejected politics in this country. I think back on a book that i read 30 years ago by e. J. Dionne, why americans hate politics. He points out if you hate politics in a democracy, that democracy is going to struggle. We have to figure out how to make our System Work instead of turning to the extremism that so many of these people have urn itted to. On the subject of milley and trump, since you mentioned speaking with milley quite a bit, theres a Debate Peril sparked about milleys roles in trying to put up gar rails. The way i read it hes trying to protect the country from a president who lost his marbles. Is that your impression as well . Did milley do anything wrong . No, absolutely not. I think you summed it up perfectly. Milley, he believes in his oath to the constitution, and that is to preserve this country and support the representative democracy. Very early on he had legitimate concerns about the president of the united States Commitment to that idea, and he wanted to make sure we could get through this election and preserve the country. And most importantly to make sure that the Department Of Defense and the people who worked there were not misused by President Trump for his own personal and political purposes. So i am a huge fan of Chairman Milleys. I think he performed admirably throughout this process, and i still think hes doing a great job. So im glad he was there and im glad he took his oath as seriously as he did. I feel like some people arent going to understand how dangerous this was until its made into a movie. The Movie Version of this i think will make it clear what kind of situation we were in last january. Since i have you chairman, i have to ask you about the Pentagon Ace Admission the Drone Strike in kabul last month killed ten civilians. This is something the washington post, the New York times reported a week ago pointing to evidence that was wrong and now the pentagon has admitted to this awful mistake. What needs to be learned as a result of this . Does there need to be resignations or firings . I think the biggest lesson from this is fundamentally why it was so important that our military get out of afghanistan. This is a great example of the fog of war. It is so difficult to know. This was not a fight where we had their army and our army and they were going at each other. It was a counterinsurgency, an insurgency, and it is very hard to tell who the enemy is and who are not. This points to me why it was so important to do what president biden did and withdraw. Our ability to be successful on what we were trying to do in afghanistan simply wasnt there. This makes that clear. These sorts of decisions are splitsecond decisions, incredibly difficult. Especially in this context. Because we had already had an attack on the airport that had killed 13 service members, dozens of afghans and injured hundreds of afghans. There was high tension. There was clearly a threat and they were worried if they didnt act, this would result in casualties at the airport, and they got it wrong. And that hans. And thats why we have to be so careful about the way we use the military in the world. I believe strongly we have relied too much on it over the course of the last 20 years. I hope folks will just move on from what we learned the other day about the strike, but we have to learn from it. Congressman, thank you very much for being here. Thank you, brian. Theres a big expose is facebook that details negative impacts of bic technology. Theres outrage and politicians pledging to hold the big companies accountable, and then nadia, nothing happens. So will the Wall Street Journals facebook files make any difference . Its a Blockbuster Series based on internal facebook documents. Many of the articles facebooks own internal researchers show theyre well aware of the flaws of the platforms, whether its about instagram causing young women, girls, to feel terrible about their bodies or whether its antivaccination organizers using facebook to spread lies and propaganda. The stories have been all over the journals front Page And Spread across the media world. Theres a lot of attention on the facebook files. There are lawmakers on both sides of the aisle comparing big Tech And Facebook specifically to Big Tobacco. Facebook hasnt had a lot to say about the series. The company declined our Interview Request today. They did issue a statement over the weekend saying they contained deliberate mischaracterizations of what were trying to do and saying that motives were impugned. There really wasnt a lot specifically that facebook objected to. So lets talk about whether this time is any different with the former head of political ads at Facebook And Researcher at the stanford observatory, Renee Diresta. The two of you study this and know it better than anybody. Will anything happen now, now that there have been five days of incredible stories how these sites are toxic and hurting society, Will Anything happen . I think one of the challenges is where is it going to happen . Washington, d. C. , yes, lawmakers on both sides see there are real problems, but theres no real consensus what to do about them. Weve seen momentum on the antitrust argument, looking at kind of breaking up the company, but that doesnt necessarily solve all of the problems. Perhaps a smaller company would be more manageable. We see in a way of thinking are there particularly consumer harms the sec would have authority over . But there doesnt seem to be a cohesive Sense Or Ability to come to a consensus about what to do, particularly the republicans. Particularly because a lot of the focus is still on Content Moderation as opposed to more structural issues. Tell me what you mean by structural issues. I mean, ways in which the last of, for example, outside access to Researcher Data is one representative example. We dont have very good visibility for whats happening in facebook. We need leaks to many could out because they confirm what people speculate about on the outside but we dont have very much in the way of the capability to study the company. So the actual mechanics by way in which mechanicisms influence themselves, the way in which they influence audiences and the way in which different communities were discussed having been harmed in the recent the Wall Street Journal study, we dont have a very good understanding from that from the outside so were really at this point dependent upon trying things like this out on leaks and whistleblower actions. What about these comparisons to Big Tobacco . I was struck how this came up all week long, all of these comparisons, Tobacco Companies knowing its product is harmful and covering it up. Do any of these conversations take us someplace new in the conversation we havent been before . Thanks, brian, thats a great question, and i hope it does. At this point, up until this point, there have been so much noise every time theres a revelation about something that happened at facebook. And facebooks been able to discredit it by saying research is inaccurate, former employees like me they accuse of being disgruntled, journalists have an ax to grind. Theres always a response. But these documents, lets just be clear, there are internal documents from facebooks own researchers that demonstrate some of the harms created by the platform and it shows that leadership knew about these harms, honestly had been lying to congress and The Public about some of it, and chose not to prioritize public health, democracy and The Public over their profit, Business Model and ability to grow. So i do hope that lawmakers take this as seriously as possible. Again, it doesnt mean, to renees point, theres no silver bullet. Theres no One Piece of legislation thats going to create the healthier Information Ecosystem that we all want but it is time for lawmakers to finally say that facebook, based on what we have seen in this the Wall Street Journal expose, five articles as well as m. I. T. Review piece this week about troll farms, does not make facebook a truly trusted partner when they claim they want regulation and when they claim they want legislation, and its time for the government to step up and protect The Public. I will give you the most clear example, so when the report in the Wall Street Journal about instagram and about how they knew, their internal reporting showed it was causing depression amongst teen girls, whether that was 1 , 5 or 15 is not the point. The problem it was a problem with their platform and instead of prioritizing how to fix that, they, with the knowledge of that report, claimed they didnt know about and tried to launch instagram kids. And it is on our government to decide that is not okay to launch a new instagram for children based on what we have seen in this reporting and based on what researchers have been saying for years. Geez, and what i struggle with is a lot of kids, a lot of young adults benefit renormously from New Ectechnology and yet my suffer. And its such a struggle. We can spend hours talking about it. Yael, i want to ask you about another story. Apple and google are under a lot of scrutiny for removing a app. They moved it from their App Stores in russia ahead of the election. It seems like Apple And Google appeasing russia. You see the headline, Human Rights Activists decry these companies for pulling the app. Is this whats going to happen in every country in every situation, autocrats using Big Tech to stamp down tamp down on rivals or challengers or critics . This is a really good example. To be clear i actually think what happened, it leaves us with more questions than answers. I had no insight into how Apple And Google made the decisions and what was behind them but the questions i do think we need to ask are, if your companies are claiming to be about democratizing information and about free expression and helping the entire world connect and use your platforms for greater knowledge sharing, then you cant reconcile that with bending to an authoritarian machine. They didnt just take down the app. They took down the app while continuing to let the incumbent use their platforms and thats 100 tipping the scales. So it does lead to a lot of questions about are you or are you not companies that believe in democratic norms . It should make everyone, whether theyre lawic makers or the pub, question their motives. And to your previous point, i want to really emphasize one more thing. These companies, facebook in particular, like to respond they do more good and this harm. Youre right theres so much good that can be done by Social Media, but first of all, they never actually quantified that statement. They have never proven to us with any sort of data that thats true. Secondly, all the good in the world does not excuse knowing behavior that your tools and Business Decisions are enabling in terms of drug cartels, human tracking, crimes, helping our teens get more and more depressed. These things are very serious and all of the good in the world doesnt excuse it. Very well put. Both of you, please dont go anywhere. I need your help to help me dissect four words that may seem innocent, four words that may seem insignificant. Four words that have been hijacked. Do you want to know the words . Four words, four little words that are hurting americas pandemic response. What are they . Here, let Sean Hannity tell you. He loves these words. Do your own research. Please, do your own research. Do your own research. Do your own research. Theres a ton of it right on, you know, at the tip of your fingers on your own phone. Right, and thats the problem. Do your own research, everybody has a supercomputer in their hand that empowers them to do their own research, which is great, right, isnt it . Can. Can we all stop saying i need to do my own research . Nobody whos saying that is getting in a lab and doing tests. At best youre reading other peoples research, and more likely, youre probably reading a tweet about a headline about a Blog Post about somebody elses research. Sean hannity could learn a thing or two from trevor noah. That phrase, do your own research, its popping up a lot in conversations with coronavirus and about Covid Vaccines. Nicki minaj used similar wording in that tweet this week saying she was doing research. But this goitalone approach, doing your own research, it seems to innocent but it could have serious consequences. Lets talk about it with two actual researchers. Yael eisenstat and Renee Diresta is back. What do you think about this do your own research . It got a lot of coverage but it dates back to the 1990s, and whether homeopathic doctors were accurate in their findings in inoculation. This goes back to the era of smallpox. In the 90s you saw the phrase used positively in the context of the internet. In particular there was a shortage of doctored time and they say you can do something about your condition by reading these websites and point to people to things like webmd and things like that were early thesauruses on the Internet Today compared to less reputable sources. One of the challenges oh, i see. The idea this has been around forever, and we now have this ability, do this own research, its supercharged and i wonder how you view it in the context of nicki minaj, shes just doing their research, isnt that her just saying i want an excuse to reconfirm my priors not to get a vaccine . Its interesting because in the event doing your own research is not a bad idea. We should have a healthy scepticism of the information that is fed to us. But in a World Today where so much of our information is actually dominated by cliques and engagement and salacious d. All of The Things we were just talking about, the way Social Media is designed and the way a lot of Media Companies unfortunately are competing in that space, nobody is going to the library and looking up authorities for their research. Theyre going to google and youtube and its easy to get information that confirms your biases and points to what you want to know. With nicki minaj, i dont assume illintent with her but the same phrase, do your research, is being peddled by people who do have ill intent, who want to push you down a certain path and want to for Profit Reasons or geopolitical reasons, want to make sure you read certain information as opposed to authoritative sources. So what could be a smart idea, especially in the u. S. With the lack of Funding And Literacy and legal issues, it could help make things worse. Its a zblp renee, what should the media do . The challenge we face today is really the media is fragmented. You can get information from proliferation of media sources. So the media has to think about the ethics of what information it conveys to people. This is what we understand. This is a real solid understanding versus this is a theoretical understanding. We dont see that communicated to The Public particularly effectively at the moment. The Way Science develops, you have something that may be Consensus Opinion one month that shifts as more information and facts are found. So i think one area where media can come into play and be helpful here is to explain that process of consensus. Yes, last month we didnt know what the origin of this virus was. This month, this is where new information has come out, new verifiable scientific research has come out suggesting the following thing is the most accurate understanding at this moment in time. A little more in the way of transparency, what we know when we know It And helping The Public understand that science is a consensusbuilding process, not something that we know the facts immediately the Moment Someone wants to be googling for them. Thats one of the key challenges, helping people understand thats whats going to be happening. Thats a literacy lesson. Thank you both.
