This is the case of a prominent attorney whose Wife And Son were shot and killed three months ago and now police say murdaugh arranged to have a former client kill him in an Insurance Fraud Scheme so his surviving son could collect a 10 Million life insurance policy. Reporter smith appeared in court on unrelated drug charges and he will be transferred to Hampton County for charges in the Alex Murdaugh case.
