So for the president now saying education, outreach, asking nicely, even pleading, it is not working. Were going to do vaccine mandates. It was a bit late for my taste. It is a simple question of president ial authority. Theyre diminished somewhat but theyre still out there. And looking back overseas, andy, there is this real concern with the united states out of afghanistan.
