Department. He moves up and becomes the acting Attorney General and Richard Don owe hugh becomes number two. Donald trump wasted no time pressuring these two to try to get on board with his Election Fraud theme. He called them we know from Richard Donohues notes, what he told them to do was just say the election was corrupt and leave the rest to me, and the r republican congressman and as you just said with Ambassador Bolton, the chief of Staff Mark meadows got in on the act. He started emailing these two, giving them crazy theories about italian satellites flipping votes. Donohue commented internally, pure insanity. One other interesting thing from the emails of mark meadows, he started raising this name, Jeffrey Clark. Get Jeffrey Clark involved. We spoke with former Ambassador Bolton about that. He was in the civil rights division. Where does he fit in this and how much pull did he have . So bolton was correct Jeffrey Clark falls below Rosen And Donohue in the pecking order. Clark was trying to run the coupe from inside d. O. J. He was connecting with trump trying to get them to send this crazy letter to georgia which he refused to do. Jeffrey clark tried to take over. We heard people talk publicly about this, meaning it happened at the white house, which people have said was like the game show apprentice. It was deadly serious where they were both making their case for a. Z a. G. Jeffrey clark was choose me, i have your back on Election Fraud. Choose me, im quitting, hes quitting. He backed off. It was that close to Jeffrey Clark becoming Attorney General. It was not for lack of trying. Absolutely. All right. Where does the current Attorney General stand in this drama me . Merrick garland has work to do. He has three major task. Reestablish d. O. J. s independence. Hes done a good job. Six weeks ago he issued new rules about keeping d. O. J. Mike lindell pushing his latest Election Conspiracy Theory and it is the most bizarre yet. Cnns Drew Griffon Sat down with lindell pushing back on his claims that threaten democracy, his proof of nothing and showing him what cnn uncovered in our own investigation. The Mypillow Guy. Reporter Mike Lindell, yes, the Mypillow Guy is convinced china hacked the election, Donald Trump really won, and lindell has the absolute proof. They did it in all the states. They changed the votes . Every single state. And you have the proof . Yes. That Will Show the ackpal exchange of votes . Yep, 100 . 100 . Reporter it is, of course, complete nonsense. Despite every piece of socalled Evidence Lindell has presented so far, three videos, a lawsuit, Screen Shots he sent to cnn. Theres still no proof that the election was hacked, and thats according to two dozen Cyber Experts and election officials contacted by cnn. 100 evidence. Reporter when lindell released his socalled evidence, in videos like this, fact checkers quickly found out it was evidence of nothing. These images are just publicly available voter data, scrolling across the screen, not proof of election hacking. So lindell changed his story saying now the real evidence will be revealed at a cyber symposium streamed live with mypillow discounts available throughout. And as further proof, he sent cnn a preview, six different Screen Shots. You sent us this on friday. Yeah. Reporter What Is This . Thats just one piece of 1. 2 billion lines of data from the election, okay. Within that will be time stamps of when it happened. There will be flips in there. Reporter so, we sent this to our own experts. He said it doesnt show any specific actions of any kind, election related or not, and its proof of nothing. Okay. So he said thats nothing, huh . Well, hes wrong. You didnt hire a cyber expert. Reporter we didnt consult just one cyber expert. We consulted nine top Election Security experts who told us lindells Screen Shots were extremely rudimentary Metta Data, and completely ridiculous. We reached all 15 officials from the 15 counties where lindell says, without any proof, votes were hacked and switched. Lindell mentions some of the counties in his videos and lists them out in his Counter Lawsuit against Dominion Voting. They are counties that use Paper Ballots counted by systems not connected to the internet. Every one of them told cnn there is no evidence they were hacked by anyone. You identified 15 counties where the votes were switched. We contacted all 15 counties red . Reporter and blue. And we couldnt find a single person that said this is even possible. They say you are mistaken. They think youre wrong. The Bottom Line is they have Paper Ballot back ups that prove they were not so you guys went and they let you audit, they let you do a full audit, cnn, you did a full aud you it on 15 counties, huh . Reporter we did what lindell did not do. We went to Delta County, michigan, to see how the election was carried out. Trump won here nearly 21. The state michigan, Entry Point or Delta County Narrator Reporter in his videos and lawsuit, he claims someone in china hacked and stole away precisely 3,215 trump votes and turned them into biden votes. The republican County Clerk Nancy presroki finds It Infallible for one main reason. It is not connected to the internet, not at all, whatsoever. Reporter not only are they not connected to the internet, the votes are cast by hand on paper. Voters scan this ballot into Dominion Storage Machine where they keep a paper tally. The paper goes into this bin under lock and seal. That container is sealed. Reporter and just to check that everything went okay, they conduct audits, comparing the Paper Ballots to the results on the computer. And in 2020 it was an exact match. We audited three different P Precincts and they matched exactly. Reporter what would you say to somebody who made a documentary among many counties accused your county of being a victim of a chinese hack that changed the Vote Counts . I would say that didnt happen in Delta County. Reporter a republicanled michigan State Senate Investigation found out it didnt happen anywhere. No evidence of widespread or systematic fraud. I dont think you really understand how votes are cast, collected and tabulated in this country. You know what . I do. But what you dont understand is they can get after theyre tabulated, they can get hacked after the fact, which they were, because Donald Trump is going to win anyway. The fact of the matter is none of this is true, brianna. It is such utter garbage. What i cannot penetrate is whether or not Mike Lindell is getting scammed or might be part of it. I dont really know because I Cant penetrate inside his brain to understand what hes talking about. When you have a conversation with this man, its really difficult to understand what he understands. And i know he doesnt understand how votes are counted in the united states. So you had a brilliantly written line in this piece, something to the effect that people who go to the symposium will be offered discounts at the mypillow website. Really . I mean, hes selling pillows with all this . Keep in mind that his business is being crushed. Hes been kicked out of retail stores, been kicked out of places like costco. These were big, big generators. So hes trying to find avenues to sell his pillows. So, on all these weird lowlevel right wing not even right wing. I dont even know what they are. Conspiratorial pod casts, he makes appearances and on each one, while hes touting his symposium, he is selling pillows and he is giving away discounts. He says at this symposium which hes going to stream live, you know, 24 7 from his own little operation, you will have the biggest mypillow discounts ever. So i think this is a combination of, number one, trying to perpetuate this lie about this election, and number two, this is really helping him trying to either Drive Sales or save his company. He is also at war with fox right now, isnt he, drew . Hes in a battle with fox. Of course, fox was sued for defamation from Dominion Voting systems like he was. Fox settled. Fox doesnt want to go down that Rabbit Hole again. I dont know if they paid a huge amount of money or not, but they got in real trouble. And they dont want to have that trouble again. A healthy number, 943,000 jobs added back into the u. S. Economy. This is great. This is the Work Force gradually rebuilding from the pandemic losses. We have revisions to the prior month which is good, too, and added around 100,000 jobs in mays restaurant sector, they have been challenged. They managed to do it in the past month. Education was a big Wild Card as well and We Saw over 220,000 people added back in education and not shed through the summer, of course. We know this has been a challenging year. Less people are in education, therefore, the seasonal effects you would normally see in this month not feeding through. That means an Unemployment Rate of 5. 4 , significantly lower than the 5. 9 We Saw thats a huge drop. What we didnt see is the kicker here during the pandemic economy, we didnt see more people participating, were at a 45year low for participation in the Jobs Market in the united states. So we didnt see people coming off the sidelines. Remember we still have 8. 7 million people unemployed. That doesnt include the people that arent looking for jobs at this stage. Were still down just shy of 6 Million people since the pandemic began. So it is a recovering economy, it is a pandemic economy. There is still a Pandemic Puzzle here we have to wait till september to see. Will we get all our kids back into schools . That could bring another 2 Million people back into the Work Force. The second part of the strategy is recruitment. 155 republican women have already filed to run for office. Thats a new record compared to 60 at this point in the cycle last year. And they a only need to flip five seats and gop leaders have already gotten involved in some primaries back win back the majority just on the backs of gop women alone. I mean, thats a huge record breaking, its like more than twice that they had a big deal for republicans. That is wild. So, democrats, this is tough with such a slim margin. How are they going to counter this . So, listen, the gop has made some Noble Gaines with women, right. But oftentimes that is overshadowed by some of the loudest and most controversial members of that Freshman Class like marjorie taylor greene, laurenne boebert. And democrats have made clear they are going to yoke the entire party to those controversial members including some of these really tough Swing Districts and some of these vulnerable members.
