He barely told people he took and it that his family had it. And get people to understand the importance. Heres the problem hes the leader in the senate, and his own members are crushing the vaccine, are questioning it. Rubio, paul, others. Mcconnell says nothing about that. Why is that okay . Well, i mean, he says every single day and has, you know, for months on end that people should get vaccinated, hes been vaccinated, everyone should get vaccinated. Thats different. Ive personally talked to him about it. Thats different. So i disagree with our assessment. Thats not my assessment. Its not that he says get vaccinated. By putting random people, anybody on a sidewalk, an antiabortion protester, somebody in kansas who decides they dont want somebody in texas to have an abortion, anybody can bring a lawsuit accusing somebody of performing an abortion thats illegal by this definition, so over six weeks into a pregnancy, or they frame it as aiding and abetting. So already using criminal language and a criminal framework. Somebody who helps somebody that they know or love get access to safe abortion in texas. Its unprecedented. This is an interesting strategy. It is unprecedented. They will say were not restricting access at all, actually, except the sixweek part. And even if you were to strike it and put it back to 24 weeks, as in the amicus brief in roe v. Wade, the other restrictions would still apply and could have a Chilling Effect. How high are the stakes . So the Chilling Effect is profound.
