Over any republican accepting Speaker Pelosis invite to investigate January 6th. Congresswoman Liz Cheney calls his bluff. Welcome to the lead. We start with breaking news. Any Minute President biden set to speak in South Florida where at least 18 people are dead and 145 remain missing one week after that tragic Condo Collapse. Moments ago the president met with some of the families of those killed and unaccounted for. Earlier today the president met with first responders, thanking them for their service while recounting how much he relied on Law Enforcement officers during the Car Crash of his first Wife And Daughter in 1972. We also saw a sadly rare moment in American Politics where biden and in 2024, Ron Desantis, came tog together. Thank you, mr. President. You recognize the severity of this tragedy from Day One and youve been very supportive. You guys have not only been supportive, but weve had no bureaucracy. When were dealing with fema, were literally getting requested routed from local to state to federal in no time. Cnns Kaitlan Collins is traveling with President Biden in surfside. What do we know about the meeting with families that President Biden just wrapped up . Reporter well, jake, it stretched for nearly 3 hours, which is kind of what the White House had expected. This was going to be the longest and likely most difficult meeting of the president s day as he came Face To face with these families who either know what happened to their Loved Ones and are devastated or are still waiting for word. The president came just hours after more grim news that the operation had to be paused out of concerns for the first responders and people sifting through this rubble for their own safety. We are told by people who were in the room, including the mayor, the governor was also in the room for this meeting with the families as it got started. At the beginning President Biden spoke to the entire room, really talking about his own experiences with grief, saying it is something that he knows deeply well, unfortunately, and he knows they are going through something similar. That never really goes away but its something you learn to process and talking what that process is like and saying no one really knows what youre going through except you and talking about the added level of difficulty that comes when you are grieving in public. Im told by the mayor that at times his voice became emotional as he was talking about this. He talked to the families and then he went around to smaller groups of tables of these families, of the people still not yet accounted for or they do know what happened to them and was talking to them One On one for about 3 hours inside this room. We do know we are going to hear from President Biden any moment. We should note that earlier in the day he did have a meeting with local officials. During that meeting he seemed to catch some of them off guard telling them he does believe the federal government is going to be able to front the full cost of this Search And Rescue effort. Lets turn now to the disturbing moments just before the surfside, florida, Building Collapse. New video taken by a couple that was staying near the tower seems to show the entrance to the Parking Garage and where you can see Water And Debris leaking into the garage. This is just a sign of years of Water Damage and Decay And Neglect were an issue. Reporter lawsuits, emails and letters are emerging pointing to years in disarray of fixing known problems at sham plain towers south. The Washington Post reports the resignation of five Board Members in 2019 as residents and Board Members argued over how to pay for a massive multimillion Dollar Repair Bill aimed at fixing deteriorating concrete pillars and damaged concrete slabs. In a letter obtained by the Washington Post, the former president of the Homeowners Board voicing her frustration. We worked form months to go in One Direction and at the very last minute objections are raised that should have been discussed at the very beginning. Ego battles undermining the roles of fellow Board Members, circulation of gossip and mistruths. All of it crashing down last thursday as surviving residents watched in horror. I just felt the ceiling coming down fast. Reporter while the official cause has yet to be determined. The investigation is ongoing. We have no comment at this time about the possible causes. Reporter another unanswered question, why major repairs on the building had not been done. Lawsuits point to a 2018 Engineering Report that identified major structural damage, conditions that were becoming significantly worse, according to a letter sent by the Board President just this past april. John pistorino is a structural engineer that helped write the Miamidade Requirement that all buildings reaching 40 years of age need recertification. The Building Code requires that owners of these buildings maintain them from the day they were built. Reporter Champlain Towers South appears to have just waited until just now to fix issues. New video shows water spewing into the garage just moments before the collapse. Engineers have discovered issues that were alarming and we would bring them to the association. Wed bring them to the Building Official and we made sure something is being done if we felt it necessary. Reporter jake, a lawsuit on behalf of a family suing the Champlain Tower South Condo Association named moribido consultants and argued the firm should have further examined the Building Stability by inspecting that sub surface foundation. That Engineering Firm told cnn it did its job. Lets discuss with a physician with miamidade fire rescue. He also personal hily knows fou people currently missing. This is very personal for you. Take a moment. Tell us about the four people that you know who are currently missing. For the most details, i kind of for personal and sentimental reasons kind of keep that to myself, but two of the people are missing are physicians that when i first moved down here i was working with here in South Florida that i was working with for residency. They are still among the missing. The others were personal friends out of my Social Network here that were genuine great people. Youve spoken to some of the Family Members. Without getting into names or anything, tell us how theyre holding up. Its tough but theyre showing they see the efforts that are going on. Those that i talk to can know personally what im going through with them and all of the Fire Departments and different departments here are going through to try and go through so they can either save them or give them closure. Its tough. Were hearing closer to different acceptance stages of even whats going on. Even if there is a rescue, which were cautiously optimistic about, theyre more understanding in terms of the accident thats happened and all thats going on and the trauma that they physically and emotionally have been going through. This morning Search And Rescue operations were paused because of concern that is the remaining building could fall down as well. When do you expect the operation could resume . There are a number of experts looking at every angle from under, from left, from right over and around to try to analyze whats going on. Weve been doing this all throughout. Our engineers and rescue specialists. I do expect things to get back underway later today, hopefully sooner than later, because were all anxious to get back to work. This is continuing to happen, stopping and starting, because of the weather in florida at this time of year . Yes. The possibility of starting and stopping is going to be consistent from start to finish. Thats based on things like weather, wind conditions, lightning, thunder, having everybody up on top of there or underneath in holes and doing things like that as well as changes in the structural integrity. This Isnt Something thats fallen by a Game Plan and we know where the pieces have laid. Were trying to use a lot of experts and different sciences behind it to try and understand the physics of whats going on and how to keep things safe so we can continue to go through and take pieces away and uncover different things. Thank you so much. Best of luck to you in your work down there. Thank you. I appreciate it. Any moment President Biden will speak in South Florida. We will bring that live. Lawyers say weisselberg dodged taxes on more than 1. 7 million worth of income. Reporter the Namesake Company of former President Trump now charged with tax crimes along with one of its top executives. Allen weisselberg, the cfo for the Trump Organization arraigned today after surrendering to the Manhattan District Attorneys Office this morning. In Court Prosecutors described a 15year tax scheme, charging weisselberg, Trump Payroll Corporation and the Trump Organization. Overall 15 felony counts. His indictment and charges against the Trump Organization come after a more than twoyear probe by the manhattan d. A. Cy vance. An investigation triggered by questions surrounding Hush Money Payments made by Donald Trumps former Lawyer Michael Cohen to adult Film Star stormy daniels and ultimately led to obtaining Trumps Tax records in a Supreme Court battle. Investigators are focusing on perks awarded to employees like free apartments, cars and tuition, that would amount to Tens Of Thousands if not hundreds of thousands of dollars and were allegedly not properly reported for tax purposes. We got the same bonus and the way its paid in an apartment, in a car, in a tuition. Thats the issue. Reporter the Trump Organization fired back today claiming prosecutors are using weisselberg, quote, as a pawn in a scorched Earth Attempt to harm the former president , saying in a statement the District Attorney is bringing a criminal prosecution involving Employee Benefits that neither the irs nor any other District Attorney would ever think of bringing. This is not justice, this is politics. Lawyers for the Trump Organization spoke after court. If the name of the company was something else, i dont think these charges would have been brought. Reporter former President Trump released a statement calling todays charges a political Witch Hunt brought by radical left democrats. He suggested that these charges are dividing the country like never before. Now, at this point, theres no indication the former president will be charged, but we know from our sources that this investigation is active and ongoing and todays charges increase the pressure on weisselberg to cooperate against the former president. Jake. Joining us to discuss adam sour is a Staff Writer for the atlantic. Hes the author of a new book the cruelty is The Point, the past, present and future of trumps america. Congratulations, adam. You heard paula talking about how trump is calling this a Witch Hunt. Theres a new statement. I dont end to quote his press releases. He just emailed, people see the radical left prosecutors and what theyre trying to do for what it is. In other words, theyre going after me but theyre not really going after me, theyre going after you, to his supporters. Explain how that fits in with what you write about in your book. Trump has always presented himself as both a Champion And Avatar of his voters, so that any attack on him personally or personal political difficulty is actually an attack on his base. Thats part of how he cultivates among his most Ar Cdent supports a sense of prosecution and the rival party not only wants to beat them, but destroy their way of life. That rhetoric is really a big part of how Donald Trump cultivates his Appeal And Energy m among a particular subset of his voters. You write in your book that trump understood republican voters better than the republican establishment in washington in 2015 and 2016, which is really an interesting thing to say, because there obviously were a lot of people, professional Class Republicans who never thought Donald Trump would get far. Your point is that trump understood the voters that these people had been cultivating for years far better than they did. He did, because trump was a vociferous consumer of Fox News. One of the things he did was he watched Fox News and reflected the sort of climate of what Fear Mongering was on Fox News and he would reflect that back to watchers and validate their fears. This created a kind of connection and intimacy between him and his audience because they were having their fears and hopes validate validated. Donald trump was willing to go all in on those kinds of ideas and fears and conspiracies that the base had already embraced, but that other mainstream republican politicians would not necessarily talk about in that particular tone. One of the oh thing other th write about is weve all been talking about since 2016 the similarity in a very superficial way, but the similarity in talking about the system being rigged, that Bernie Sanders would talk about and also Donald Trump. There was some overlap in 2016. Obviously its very different. Explain the difference, in your view, between the system being rigged that Bernie Sanders talks about and the system being rigged that Donald Trump talks about. I mean, in some ways these are unfairly conflated because theyre a reflection of two very different id logical lenses. You hear people talk about Donald Trump and Bernie Sanders in the same breath. I dont think theyre comparable because Bernie Sanders was saying theres an unfair economic system in america and we need to change the system. What Donald Trump was saying that theres a group of people in american who are also americans and theyre your enemies and we need to destroy them in order to make life better for you, because theyre the ones who are ruining your way of life and who want to destroy you. I think those are two very different idealogical lenses. Its not that peoples grievances arent legitimate. Just because your grievance is legitimate doesnt mean that whatever you do in response to that suffering is legitimate. So i would regard them as distinct because they were actually talking about two different kinds of rigged systems, despite using the same phrase sometimes. You talk a lot in your book about the role that you view racism played in the surge of trump and his popularity. I want to play for our viewers two moments decades apart. The first is Donald Trump reacting to David Dukes win in louisiana in 1991 when he won the republican primary. The second clip is 2016 after David Duke endorsed him for president. Lets watch. People are angry about whats happened. People are angry about the jobs. If you look at louisiana, theyre really in deep trouble. What you see and understand, i dont know anything about David Duke, okay . I dont know anything about what youre even talking about with White Supremacy or white supremacists. You talk a lot in your book about americas collective amnesia on race. Explain. Well, i mean, Donald Trump actually went further than that. He said he thought David Duke might actually do well in a republican president ial primary, that he was similar to pat buchannon although Pat Buchanan was a more polished package and he was going to give the president at the time george h. W. Bush a run for his money. When Donald Trump was pretending not to know who David Duke was, he was quite aware of who David Duke was. He saw his campaign and how it appealed to republican voters. He deliberately lied about his knowledge of that because he didnt want to be associated with a Company Thahe knew he wo be associated with if you compared the two. Its kind of awesome that you find that clip, but the reaction to David Dukes candidacy was quite similar. Donald trump said this is obviously an economic issue. Its about jobs. There were a lot of black people in louisiana who were struggling very hard at that time economically. They voted En Mass Against David Duke. David duke got a lot of votes in the wealthy suburbs in louisiana as well. There was a kind of deliberate attempt to place a simplified economic frame on the issue without considering, you know, how ideology would force people to interpret their own economic misfortune. Congratulations on the book. Whether or not youre a progress, a trump supporter, you might find it interesting. Its a very provocative read. The cruelty is The Point out now. Any Minute President biden set to speak in South Florida after meeting with the families of the Condo Collapse. The house minority leader, meanwhile, is threatening republican members over the January 6th special committee thats being formed. What is mccarthy afraid of here . Well, well, well. Look at you. At walmart, target and other fine stores. We are told that President Biden is seconds away from coming out in florida and talking about what he has seen today in his various meetings with first responders and the families of those missing in the Condo Collapse. Kaitlan collins joins us live from surfside. It must be a very emotional day for President Biden given all of the loss and devastation. Reporter yeah. Jake, were told hes in that room with those families for nearly 3 hours, meeting with them. The White House said he was going to meet with every single family that wanted to talk with him and wasnt going to leave until after he had done that. I think that speaks to this is often the role a president has to play. Kaitlan i have to interrupt. Heres President Biden right now. The cooperation between local, state and federal officials down here has been remarkable. I want to thank our director. Senators rubio and debbie W Wasserman Schultz and mayor cava. Its truly a testament to how difficult things are down here. Its what quite frankly we missed a lot. I think my colleagues will tell you we cut through the bureaucracy, the one order i gave the federal folks was, no bureaucracy, just cut through it, whatever you need. Thats why we decided to cover for example, 100 of the Search And Rescue cost for the first 30 days. It was necessary here, in my view. Fema will provide temporary housing and other urgent needs for the survivors. The State Department is Expediting Visas for Family Members from other countries. There are from latin america, south america, europe and israel. I want to give a special shoutout to first responders. I particularly want to thank the president that came down from boston. Hes here with the entire group. These folks are always showing up no matter what. Theyre risking their lives. Theres that old expression, i know the press that travels with me is tired of hearing me say it but im not tired of saying it. God made man, then he made firefighters. Theyre remarkable people. Theyre always risking their lives to save lives as well as the police and other first responders. I got to meet with a whole bunch of them. Were able to deploy nearly 500 personnel including five other Search And Rescue teams on the Ground Today here because of our Fema Director ordered it. I want to compliment fema. I might add all those folks risking their lives to save lives but also holding out hopes those will be found. Hope springs eternal. When i talk to those first responders, i pointed out theyre under a great deal of stress and they should take advantage of the Mental Health Facilities that are going to be available. I dont want them thinking they should walk away from help. They stayed together and its really impressive. Those that survive the collapse as well as those who are missing Loved Ones. I realize im a little late because i spent a lot of time with the families, a whole lot of time and i apologize for taking so long to get here because i thought it was important to speak to every single person who wanted to speak to me. So after what you all covered when i opened up the meeting, i spent the remainder of the time and such incredible people. I sat with one who had just lost her husband and her little baby boy. Didnt know what to do. My husband, my cousin, my mom and dad. How can i have closure without being able to bury them if i dont get the body . What do i do were here for you as one nation, as one nation. Thats the message we communicated. Well be in touch with a lot of these families continuing through this process, but there is much more to be done. Were ready to do it and again i thank the governor. I thank my colleagues senator scott, senator rubio, i thank debbie wasserman schultz. Theres no disagreement, no bickering. Everybodys on the same team. Its what americas all about. Its about pulling together, leaving nobody behind. Thats the one thing that made me feel good about this is the cohesion didnt exist. Theres no Democrat Or Republican out there, just people wanting to do the right thing for their fellow americans. May god bless the victims and their families and may god protect our first responders. Ill take a couple questions right now. You said Hope Springs Eternal that somebody will be able to be pulled out alive. Look, first of all, the families are very realistic. One of the things that the local Fema Personnel as well as local first responders did is they took all of the families to the sites to see, to see what it looked like up close. Theyre all realists. They look and see Cement Upon Cement Upon cement. They talk about watching the whole floor come down on top of another floor. They know that the chances are as each day goes by diminished. At a minimum, at a minimum, they want to recover the bodies. They want to recover the bodies. Theres a lot of very religious people that need to recover the body and be able the bury them. I think theyre very realistic, mike, but i dont think that in any way suggests we should stop. I think that we should move on, continue to try to recover the bodies. In the meantime, thats when others are determining whether or not its safe to send the first responders back. When they asked me about this, i point out that the last thing they would want and we would want is in the process of trying to recover and theres still a Possibility Someone could be alive, someone could be there, that the last thing you want to have happen is have that Building Collapse and kill 10, 20, 30, 50 firefighters or first responders. Theyre real listic. It just brought back so many memories. Its bad enough to lose somebody. But the hard part, the really hard part is to not know whether theyre surviving or not, just not have any idea. When the accident took my wife and my family, the hardest part was are my boys going to get out, are they going to make it . And not knowing. When youre flying home from washington and get the news. So i was amaze d as you know, ive done a lot of these circumstances where ive met with families who have had great loss. What amazed me is the resilience and the absolute Commitment And Willingness to do whatever it took to find an answer. I walked away impressed by their str strength. You have a question . Thank you. What did you learn, if anything, about the collapse of the building . Is there anything more you learned from investigators or the Fema Administrator . The director of fema is with me here. We dont have any Firm Proof of what happened. Theres all kinds of rational speculation about whether or not the rebar were rusted, whether or not the cement, whether there was limestone not. A lot of the families who survived talked about how upset they were in the last years theyve been here how there was a complex built across the street and was purchased while they were living there and they feel their building moving and shaking. There are all kinds of discussions about whether or not t they thought the Water Level rising and the impact it had. Whats interesting is how many the families and the survivors talked about the impact of global warming and the way they know exactly they talk about Sea Levels rise in ing. Whether or not their buildings may have to be inspected to determine if they had the same problems. Im supposed to head out and catch up with the governor. So i want to thank you all for taking the time. While youve been speaking a Top Associate of the former president has been in a new York Court pleading not guilty to financial charges. Do you have a reaction to that . And second, if i can, does the Supreme Courts ruling today on an important voting Rights Decision add to the sense of urgency you feel about pursuing voting Rights Legislation at this time . I dont have any idea, so im not going to comment on that. Even if i did, i wouldnt comment on an ongoing case if its an ongoing case. Regarding the second point, i think i did get a summary on the Supreme Court decision. It is mildly positive in the sense that theres a remedy available based on the particular voting decision. I think that it is critical that we make a distinction between Voter Suppression and the ability for the legislature to come along and change the winner. I find that to be somewhat Ast Ast Ast Astounding. The Supreme Court did no Rt Rul that way today, to the best of my knowledge. Thank you all very much. President biden speaking live in South Florida after the tragic and deadly Condo Collapse in surfside a week ago. He spoke about conversations he had with the Family Members of those who were killed, those who are still missing, their intense pain, their prayers. He also praised the efforts of local and state officials including the republican governor. He thanked the first responders who rushed into danger to search for survivors. Lets bring back Kaitlan Collins and Gloria Borger with me in the studio. Gloria, all president s are called upon to offer consolation to victims and Family Members of victims in times like this, but three hours with the victims is a staggeringly long period of time. Im sure quite meaningful for everyone. Im not criticizing him at all. This is in many ways his greatest strength. Its his super power, as someone said to me once. I think it gives him strength because we all are familiar with what he has been through in his life, not only losing a young child and a wife, by also losing his Son Beau who was in his mid 40s. He knows what its like to be holding out hope. Right. Ive been told when beau was very sick, people gave up hope and said hes got a day or two. Biden was the holdout. He said, no, im not going to give up hope here. This is what he told people today. He actually said i know what its like for people to be holding out hope. Thats why i thought it was important to meet and talk to every single person who wanted to meet with me today. Thats exactly what he did. So im not surprised that it was three hours. Im kind of surprised that it could have gOne On im sure. We heard biden talk about the cohesion after talking to the republican leaders of the state of florida, senator marco rubio, rick scott, governor Ron Desantis with whom he had an extraordinarily nice moment in t terms of each one of them praising the other on the work they are doing on behalf of the american people. And this is something biden said during the company he wanted to be able to do, that he would try to bring back the stability of being able to work with the other party. He also said, we are here for you as one nation, so trying to create the sense of unity that democrats and republicans are working together in the face of this tragedy. Inside the White House they also are very aware that the public wants to see more of this. The polling that they see inside the White House is that the public wants republicans and democrats to work together. Kaitlan, the president apologized to the families for taking long to get down to florida. What do you make of that . Reporter i think a lot of that has to do with not wanting to divert from the resources. Jake, it is a massive presence. Weve been down here all day not far from where the Building Collapsed. One thing that stood was is President Biden saying they brought the families over here to show them what the site looks like. He said a lot of them are realistic. We are so far into this, he said they saw that and they saw cement on top of cement on top of cement. He said at a minimum what those families told him behind closed Doors Today is theyd like to recover the bodies of their Loved Ones. Thats been the Sense Weve gotten from officials on the ground as theyve been navigating through this now that Search And Rescue operations have paused. One thing that stood out is talking about the first responders. What these are going through searching is through this rubble is really going to be something they need to take care of going forward. Today House Speaker Nancy pelosi announced her eight picks for the committee to investigate the January 6th insurrection. The most notable name was not in the room. Pelosi appointed Liz Cheney as one of the eight slots. Liz cheney stripped of her republican position after voting to impeach trump. Kevin mccarthy threatened to pull any committee from any republican who accepted Pelosis Offer to serve on the panel. I want to bring in Chip Roy of texas. Thanks for joining us and thanks for being patient. Republican Leader Mccarthy calling it unprecedented that your colleague Liz Cheney would accept the offer by speaker pelosi. Take a listen. I dont know in history where someone would go get their Committee Assignments from the speaker and expect to be in the conference as well. I was shocked she would accept something from speaker pelosi. It seemed to me, as i didnt hear from her, maybe shes closer to her than us. I dont know. Congressman roy, youve spoken in support of Liz Cheney in the past. Whats your reaction to that . First of all, let me just say our prayers are with the folks in florida. Its a terrible tragedy. I have no problem waiting for the president to address that. Good to be with you, jake. I dont think there should be any real surprise here. I think theres a difference of opinion on this matter with my friend Liz Cheney and where a lot of the conferences. That is at the heart of the matter and why she is no long Ter Colonger the conference chair. I say, im on the judiciary committee. We have oversight over the Department Of Justice which is executing investigations. It has arrested over 500 americans. I think we need to have oversight and have a report out of the Department Of Justice. We had two reports issued out of the senate from two committees there. They went through a lot of Security Breakdowns. We had the House Committee on administration where we can go through and see what happened with the Security Breakdowns and what happened with the capitol police. My point being oversight has broad powers, which i used to search on the oversight committee. We have all the authority we need on the committees we need. I dont know why were not going through and getting reports that way. Thats what the senate did. I think thats what the house ought to do. I think my colleagues view this as political theater by the speaker. Thats the frustration that is kind of playing into the narrative there and playing into their hands by making it more about political theater than following the truth. Id like to know about the investigations of 500 arrested americans. Why, who are they, what did they do . You have been willing to criticize former President Trumps behavior after the election for pushing the election lies and more. Trump has attacked you for it. When you ran for a House Leadership Question trump said, i cant imagine republicans would go with Chip Roy. The only reason up bring it up is because you were with Trump Yesterday when he visited the border there in texas. Did you have any reservations about joining him on the border . I dont have any reservations whatsoever. Im a congressman from the Tgret State of texas. The district i represent is about 100 miles from the border, the open Border Crisis were having is having a direct impact on the people i represent. Anybody who follows politics, literally anyone, knows exactly where i come from Identity Logilo logically. I have a strong Record Sup supporting america first. I dont dance for anyone. I dont dance for the lea leadership. I represent the 750,000 texans who im supposed to represent. When i fight for the things i believe in, i will do that. I know the president knows that. So i have no qualms going to the border, standing there in front of the fence that is not finished, standing next to 700,000 apprehensions that have occurred along our southern border. Its part of the border that Vice President Kamala Harris has not gone to. She pit stopped in el paso, which is 750 miles away from mcallen where the crisis actually is. Let me ask you about the Border Crisis. Democratic Congressman Cuellar of texas was on the show yesterday. He spoke about the humanitarian crisis at the border. What more do you think needs to be done to stop the migrants from making this dangerous journey creating the crisis youre talking about . I think this is pretty simple. We do need to maintain title 42. Title 42 is the Health Code that allows us to turn people back because of the pandemic. The vast majority of the people coming across the river, coming here for economic reasons. God bless them. I understand it. When i go to the river, jake last night i went down to the river. I was down there and there were 700 migrants in a Holding Facility that had come in the two or three hours before on the late afternoon shift. This is a real problem that everyone i talk to and i talked to some yesterday in my broken spanish. I said why did you come . They say for jobs, economic opportunity, et cetera. I understand that. But thats not asylum. Asylum is a very specific law on our books helping people fleeing from persecution. We cant put Asylum Posters on trees next to the Rio Grande and encouraging the entire world to flood our borders. We need to have an Immigration System that sends a signal that heres how you come, you get in line, heres how the Numbers Work and if you truly need asylum from persecution, heres how you do it. We can fix it in a minute. Heck, obamas policies five years ago when biden was Vice President were very strong compared to what were doing today compared to wide open borders. Chip roy, thanks so much for coming on. Chip roy dont dance. Thats a good slogan. The search suspended in fear the rest of the building could topple. Oh dont burn down the duplex. Terminix.
