So i guess to hesitate to say typical. Thankfully we dont do this very often. Sorry we had to do it today. But, yes, we do have Victim Assistance Counsellors and chaplins at a nearby hotel which is where we took employees to, which is where we had had family meet them. There are families that are still trying to locate Loved Ones and Family Members. So we continue to stand by their side until such time when we can either locate those Family Members or identify them as a victim we have on the scene. The weapon was a rifle. So was the capacity altered or changed . Way too early yeah, at this point really it hasnt even been touched as we still document everything. Is his car under investigation . Do you know which car was his . Absolutely. Thats part of the scene. So were, you know, were making sure that we have correctly identified the car that we believe he showed up in and then absolutely, i mine, well process that as part of the crime scene. How many people were shot and killed inside and outside the building . I believe that we had four four outside and then four inside plus the suspect. Dont they have armed Security Inside . That i dont know. Have you been able to certainly youve been able to identify some of the victims. Have you been able to contact the individuals yet . We really havent. Nothing gets moved. Nothing we dont check wallets, we dont check purses until everything is appropriately documented. So i mean there may be some fairly simple ways to identify and well work with the Coroners Office to make sure that is done appropriately with those families. But to this point we have not identified any family of victims. [ Inaudible Question ] you know, that might be a better question for the Coroners Office. They make that official identification. But i would think hopefully in the next 24 hours that maybe we can do that. Have the victims been removed . Not i dont believe so. When we came in here, they were still a couple hours away. So do you want to address that . What was happening at the time . Were people sorting packages . Can you give us an idea . I think you know what happened at fedex. What were those folks doing before this happened . Again, thats a question that im not qualified to answer. That will be best served to ask the fedex folks. I dont i believe we have five injured. And i cant say and i cant say with certainty how many different hospitals that they went to. Im not certain of that. And ill let her address the identification the victim identification issues and if you have any questions for her. Good afternoon. On behalf of the County Coroner Andrea sloan, im mcginty and were in the process of conducting our investigation. As has been stated, what we typically have to do is wait until all of the evidence has been collected. We are not able to go on to the scene yet to confirm any identity. What we will do is we work with the victims assistance as the chaplins at the identify location for the families to reunify those families with the deceased. Well utilize as much information as possible that is on those deceased that are at the scene to make that positive identification as you all know indiana is very specific in how positive identification can be done which is identification by a Family Member, dental, dna, and fingerprints. And so adhering to all of those measures, we must make sure that people that are identified on the scene are accurately and appropriately positively identified. So that process will take a little bit of time. We have some information so far as to what families are waiting their Loved Ones to be identified or to turn up somewhere. Were working with the families to efficiently and effectively confirm the positive identification. We are still a number of hours out before we are able to go on to the scene to conduct our investigation. And then after that, well work with the families. Following that process, what we have to do is well perform our examinations. Additional resources need to be available to bring in the examinations to be done within the next 48 to 72 hours to confirm the actual cause of the death. Any other questions . [ Inaudible Question ] i dont have the information. I dont think there is anyone still there. I cant say that for sure. [ Inaudible Question ] at this time we have not been able to go on to the scene to do any of that. Preliminarily, what we will do is i will send information to the rest of the investigating team so that information can be shared. As we get updated information on identities, age, race, gender, and those things that are important for the Family Members and the community to know. [ Inaudible Question ] can you put that in perspective . How do you do it . It is a very difficult job. Ive been with the Coroners Office for 23 years. Ive not seen this capacity in terms of the numbers of Mass Fatality shootings in a short period of time. It is very disturbing for our entire community. The staff is definitely suffering and is going to need long Term Counseling with regard to these types of deaths. It actually has, you know, weve had to pull in all of our 30 staff to conduct these Death Investigations and to work with the families. With he do still have follow up information i think that has to be done and shared with the families. It very time consuming. So definitely takes a toll on our staff. And, again, we are asking for help in the visions. In the investigations. [ Inaudible Question ] right. So th the scope is significant when you have this number of people. So pulling in all of our staff that are available, calling people from other jobs that have to come in and assist as well as surrounding County Coroner thats are able to come in and assist us with these types of investigations. Additionally, you know, conducting weve seen an increase in Death Investigations in general over the last couple of years. And we are trying to work with our Law Enforcement partners to understand and address these issues that are causing this increase in Death Investigations. And so that is something that our staff is definitely has been working through over the last two years to be able to handle these things. Because it is mentally draining. It is physically draining. Were going to work literally the next 24 to 48 hours just to give answers to the families. The first priority is to the families and identifying with the deceased and determining the Cause And Manner of death providing Death Certificates for those families so that they can move on with their information and things they need to do with regard to the loss of their loved one. Our hearts definitely go out to those surviving Family Members. One more, you cant identify the suspect and the victims until we see that everybody is okay and then identify Family Members and release i i think thats a safe assumption. But yet i cant say that for certain. We think that we have reunited families and workers and certainly all of those who are had been treated at the hospital. Again, i havent been over there so i dont want to say that is the case. I believe right now that we have. Thanks, everybody. Good job, craig. Thank you, sir. Hi, everyone. Control room. Im getting mixed mikes. Hello, everyone. Thank you so much for joining us. Weve been watching this Press Conference, an update from officials in indianapolis over the Mass Shooting that happened late Last Night at Fedex Facility in indianapolis, indiana. Let me bring in charles ramsey, cnn Law Enforcement analyst, former Philadelphia Police commissioner. I dont know if you heard at that last moment as they were walk ago way from the micro phones, the mayor and the Deputy Chief and i think i heard the Deputy Chief say something to the effect of, like, i cant believe we have to hold another one of these Press Conferences. Yeah. They didnt give much information in this one. So, you know, i realize its early. And processing scenes and sounds like they didnt identify all of the Next Of Kin yet. Its unusual. And just so were sitting here talking about this and there are families that are sitting around hoping and waiting for an answer. Yeah. And its unusual. I mean, sometimes it takes a little bit of time. But they havent even started the process yet, i guess. So anyway, i guess the way they do things are different from what im accustom to. They didnt provide much information. I didnt hear a precise Time Line about what took place. They mentioned the weapon being a rifle of some kind but not specific type of rifle. Obviously, they know who the suspect is. Theyre executing Search Warrants at a home. But i understand this is early. Theyve got a lot of work to do. But theyre going to have to have another Press Conference to be able to provide more information this was not something of any real substance in my opinion. They have a lot of work to do, right . We did learn there are at least there are eight people who were shot and culled. Four people were shot outside this Fedex Facility. Four people inside. The suspect killing himself just before police entered the facility is how the Deputy Chief put it. Again, being left with this could another scenario as we discussed so many times, chief, there isnt going to be a real answer in terms of motive at least definitely not yet. The Deputy Chief simply saying it appears he got out of his vehicle and just started randomly shooting. You cant speculate on motive and so forth until you actually know theyre executing Search Warrants. There could be some information that theyll find there. Theyll seize computers and so forth. He did drive up, we know that much. They would have had a warrant to go through the car to see if they can find anything there. And i dont know if hes a disgruntled employee or what have you. Usually in situations like this, in a workplace, there is some sort of tie, somehow, to a facility. That part i understand. They have a lot of work to do. They have to go back to the press. It wasnt a whole lot of information they were able to provide this time around. Why this time of night . You know, it began around 11 00 p. M. Last night. I mean thats add that to the list of unanswered questions. But it did sound like to me, you tell me, chief, reading to Law Enforcement kind of just the posture they had. It seems like they have more information that they soon could be providing to the public to the families. Again, the families are not identified, theyre top of mind and have to be identified and spoken to first. Theyre so earching a home. I can almost guarantee you they have a lot more information they can provide than right now. You know, theyre going through what they need to go through in terms of trying to gather evidence. Also trying to, you know, identify the individuals, the victims so they can notify officially next to kin. It has to be terrible if you have a Family Member that works in that particular facility between them not having Cell Phones readily available to say theyre okay along with the fact that they have not received Offense Notification yet. But im sure theyre working hard to try to get that done as soon as possible. The mayor is speaking about the fact that indianapolis this is not even the first Mass Shooting that indianapolis had to deal with since the beginning of the year. Its been tragic a tragic few months in the city of indianapolis in my beautiful Home State of indiana. It is tragic to see. You can see that on the faces of the Law Enforcement as well as the mayor and, chief, thanks for sticking with me. I appreciate you sitting through that with me. Moments ago the White House responded to this Mass Shooting. Lets listen in to the press secretary. Like all of you, were horrified by the shooting overnight at Fedex Facility. The president has been briefed by his team this morning. And the white House Chief of Staff And Home Land Security Adviser have been in touch with local leaders and Law Enforcement. I would expect well put out a statement after the president shortly after that concludes. The president spent his entire career working to address Gun Violence and his determination to act is redoubled by senseless killings weve seen both in Mass Shootings like this and in the lives lost to the epidemic of Gun Violence every single day. Thats why the president laid out action thats the administration can take now to address Gun Violence. Stopping the proliferation of Ghost Guns and stabilizing braces making it easier for states to implement Red Flag laws, increasing invent. S and intervention programs. There is nor we can do and they can take up. And they passed the house with bipartisan and have the overwhelming they should heed the president s call to pass a ban on Assault Weapons and high capacity magazines and immunity to gun manufacturers. They should pass out the priorities including providing 5 Billion in funding for Community Violence Prevention programs, something that is great interest of these groups. They should confirm to lead the aff where he served honorably for 25 years as a special agent. Again, there is a statement by the president shortly. Thats general psaki. We were reminded that the Chief Of Staff to the president of the united states, he is from indiana. Hes from indianapolis. He spoke with the mayor of indianapolis this morning. Maybe even Last Night following this tragic shooting. Joining me right now is another top official in the city of indianapolis. Hes the president of the Indianapolis City county council. He is joining me on the phone. Can you hear me . Yes, i can hear you. Thank you very much for jumping on the phone. We heard this update from Law Enforcement and the mayor. Just moments ago. A lot of questions still. I want to get your thoughts if you can add anything to what is impossible to understand another tragic shooting in your city. What happened here . Great. I appreciate the time talking with you. I think the larger issue right now that we need to address is not just condolences and wrapping our arms around the families and survivors of the victims. We need to have an adult discussion about Mental Health and trauma. As a nation, Woo Environment had to address the issues. Its tragedies like this that make that so apparent. What do you mean about addressing Mental Health . Often when people bring upMental Health, theyre talking ab aboutMental Health of the suspect. Im thinking of Mental Health of our nation. This epidemic of Gun Violence that continues to happen. Nationally we saw an amazing uptick in violence. The Domestic Violence especially. The idea of Mental Health is critical that we discuss. That we are able to identify individuals that are having strife and trauma. We have to do something pro actively for it. I think too long and too often we look at one aspect of violence. We look at weapons. Someone has to pull the triggers. And we have to find out why. And we have to find out why before they pull the triggers. You are hearing there is a large enough mental Health Discussion at the local and federal levels but we got to do it. They have to identify the suspect. They i mean, they were very honest that they havent identified any of the families of the victims yet even. So this is a very tenuous moment for your community. Are you getting indication thats has something to do with this Shooting And Motivation of the suspect . No. What i do have is past incidents like this. It made it apparent this is a trauma. This falls within that same bucket. We dont shoot people randomly like this. If were not addressing or not dealing with issues. Do you know who the suspect is . I believe that there are some folks who do know. I dont know the individual, no. I do not. There has been this isnt the first as i mention, first Mass Shooting in indianapolis even this year. It has been a very tragic few months in indianapolis. What is driving this Gun Violence in your city . I think it is exacerbated by the isolation, the uncertainty of the last 12 months in our country. Actually globally. I think that has thats accelerated an instability and a lot of our communities across the country. So its not just in indianapolis. The i think this is a national issue. Which again is the reason for us elevating this to a national discussion. Thank you for jumping on the line. The so sorry were speaking under these circumstances. As i mentioned, there is a lot of information that well soon be learning more of as bob is indicating, there are people seem to know who the suspect is not identified yet positively by the indianapolis police. Obviously that, is something to keep in mind as well as none of the victims have yet been identified and none of the families have yet been identified of the victims. That is something we need to keep in mind in this horrible, horrible moment. Another Mass Shooting. Again, and again. Coming up for us, we have much more. Much more news to cover. Sadly, more tragic news. Chicago police releasing Body Cam Footage showing the Shooting Death of 13yearold Adam Toledo. The time between him stopping, turning, putting up his hands and the shot that killed him less than a second. The Boys Family is distraught and furious and demanding accountability and answers as there is now a dispute between what they see and what Chicago Police say they see in the video. Ryan young has more. Reporter the tragic final moments of a 13yearold Boys life unfolding in just 19 seconds. Chicago police releasing this Body Camera Footage and we warn you it is disturbing showing the officer Eric Staleman responding to a shots fired call before chasing one of the two suspects down in an alley. Stop stop show me your hands. Drop it shots fired. Shots fired. Get an ambulance here now. The officer fired a single fatal shot into the chest of Adam Toledo. The teen was pronounced dead at the scene. No parent should ever have a Video Broadcast widely of their childs last moments. Much less be placing a terrible situation of losing their child in the first place. Reporter Chicago Police say toledo had a gun in his hand before the shooting and they recovered one from just behind the fence highlighting in this video and released by the department. The Body Camera Footage shows he had his handses up and not holding anything at the time he was shot. A crucial detail his Familys Attorney says is important in the investigation. If he had a gun, he tassed it. The officer said show me your hands, he complied. He turned around. Toledos family agreeing to the release of the video after viewing them with the chicago Mayors Office early this week. Now the officer that killed toledo is on administrative leave. His attorney says he was left with no other option adding stillman was well within his justification of using deadly force. But for protesters and his family, there are questions about his death that need to be answered. All i know is that officer is trained to not shoot an unarmed individual. Not shoot an unarmed child. Kate, you really have to slow down the video to see the weapon or what police are saying is a weapon in their hand. That Split Second Decision that officer feld he had to make. Something else we should stress is that 21yearold has also been arrested in connection with this case for endangering a minor. There are so many more details. When you go frame by frame, you really see that position the officer was put in according to the police in terms of having to make that fatal shot on the 13yearold. Of course, all this is under question at this point and still under investigation. Turning now to the fatal Police Shooting of daunte wright. His family is insisting that kim Potter Face severe charges. Right now she is charged with second manslaughter. Listen to daunte wrights family. What is going on is unfair. These young black men being killed. Can you blame my Son Or Anyone else from being scared of the police . Yall see the difference this is a tazer. This is a tazer. But, no, my nephew was killed with this, a Glock Wright killed durg a traffic stop. Body Camera Video shows what happened. The Moment Wright broke away from police got back in his car and the officers yelling at him. Potter, the Officer Warning that she was going to use her tazer instead of using the tazer, she shot him at point blank range. Joining me now is the preps of the naacp. Thanks for coming out. You heard there from Dauntes Family some of what they said. Do you want to see tougher charges brought against the officer . I think the context is key here. I think we should remember officer nor who was officer who shot Justine Diamond a couple years ago. He was pushed. That was an accident as well. He actually was charged with st stronger charges than Officer Potter right now. I think the context is key. And Officer Noor is currently in jail for the actions. So an accident or not or these present and be history in the context shows she can be and she should be charged with tougher charges. This is really just the latest tragedy on top of another for the broader minneapolis community. At a Press Conference this week i heard you say black leaders are not playing. Were done dying in minnesota. What do you mean . I mean this. Minnesota was found through white supremacy. Minute smin a white state. We can all admit this. But originally the dakota, do cota people this was their land. In minnesota and in the 1862, the united states had the largest Mass Execution in the united States History and that was a 38 dakota men lynched on this ground. In the 1920s, three black men in duluth, minnesota, were lynched in this state. We saw the murders of clark from castillo, George Floyd and now daunte right, we saw someone murdered in Brooklyn Center a couple years ago. Numerous since 2000, over 400 people have been brutalized or murdered by police in this state. We are done dying. It was 1920 when the Minneapolis Naacp was here for the community. When clark was murdered, we were here for our community. When it was George Floyd, were here for our community. And my question is to the legislature, to the state senators, to our elected officials, where are you . We have yet to pass meaningful legislation, we have yet to pass meaningful Police Policy when it comes to Police Reform and accountability. And so thats what i mean when we are done dying. We have watched and we have witnessed time after time again and black people being murdered in this state and yet there is a silence from our elected officials on any steps in Legislation Or Policy going forward. Afngela, minneapolis has bee through so much. Minnesota, you just listed it out. But this, of course, goes beyond the city. It goes beyond even the state. Want to play for you something that my Colleague And Friend said Last Night after the Body Cam Video of Adam Toledo was released in chicago. Listen to this. Only in america can you be in the middle of a trial in Closing Arguments for a Cop Killing A Black Man with a knee on his neck, only to be interrupted by a cop accidentally killing another black man, only to be interrupted by a 13yearold Boy in an Alley Turning around with no gun in his hand being shot. Zb he described an endless cycle of exhaustion. How do you describe it . I would agree with the exhaustion. I would agree with the rage and the Despair And Hope lessness that our community and people feel right now. And at this point in time, silence is not an option. If you do not know there is a problem, you do not want to recognize that there is a problem, you are the problem. And so, yes, its only Only In America that this system of almost every day, almost every week were hearing of another case of Police Officers brutalizing black people or people just americans in this country. And its extremely, extremely unfortunate and scary and terrifying. But we have to also recognize that the root of it is not just Police Officers. It is not just our Criminal Justice system. The government is rooted in a white supremacist framework. We need to attack that. We need to be clear when were talking about this is not a black versus white issue. This is a right versus wrong issue. And people in our state and our government should not be murdering their citizens. This is also not just a conversation for today. You have this say long conversation. You have many tough days ahead. Closing arguments in the Derek Chauvin Trial are coming monday and what happens in the days to come is a huge question. Thanks for coming on. Vice president Kamala Harris just addressed the Mass Shooting at that Fedex Facility in indianapolis. Lets listen in to it together. I briefly want to discuss the tragedy that occurred in indianapolis Last Night. [ inaudible ] yet again, we have families in our country that are grieving the loss of their Family Members because of Gun Violence. [ speaking foreign language ] there is no question this violence must end. [ speaking foreign language ] and we are thinking of the families that lost their Loved Ones. [ speaking foreign language ] and the president will speak later about the case. Vice president was making the remarks ahead of her bilateral meeting with the japanese Prime Minister who is in town as the first foreign leader to be visiting the White House in person since President Biden took office. Were going to bring you more updates as they come in on that tragic Mass Shooting in indianapolis. We have that update at the top of the hour. There could be new information coming out. Also ahead, One Step Forward and another step back. More and more americans getting vaccinated against coronavirus. The future of the Johnson Johnson Vaccine is very much in the air right now. Well be right back. It doesnt happen often. Everyday people taking on the corporate special interests. And winning. But now, the for the people act stands on the brink of becoming law. Ensuring accurate elections. Ironclad ethics rules to crack down on political selfdealing. A ban on dark money. And finally reducing corporate money in our politics. To restore our faith in government. Because its time. For the people to win. Not everybody wants the same thing. Because its time. New data showing more than 30 after du of adults in the united states are vaccinated. 64 of seniors are already there. Great news. But this morning there could be a few more obstacles to getting more americans to roll up their sleeves. The ceo Of Fizer is saying people will need a third dose, another Booster Shot if you will, between six to 12 months after their first round. Thats on top of the cdc Advisory Panel pushing Advisory Panels pushing off a decision on the Johnson Johnson Vaccine after it was put on pause over concerns of rare cases of Blood Clotting issues. Joining me right now is dr. Lina wen. She is former baltimore Health Commissioner and author of Life Line a Doctors Journey in the fight for Public Health. Good to see you, doctor. Lets start with the Booster Shot that the Pfizer Ceo was just talking about. Does the need for a Booster Shot surprise you . And does it say anything about the effectiveness of the vaccines . Its not surprising at all. Weve been saying that all along. The effectiveness of the immunity may wain over time, decrease over time. Getting the booster might increase the immune protection. The other reason is we have these variants that remerging. We may need booster thats specifically target new strains that may evade the effectiveness of the existing vaccine. And so its not surprising. I actually think that people should see this as a good thing. As in science is evolving and were going to be giving people the best immune protection against this deadly pandemic. Thats an important message. Do you think this could be another hurdle just in the past week really of convincing already hesitant people to get the shot when you add that on to the J J Pause . I think the messaging of this point has to be very nuanced and very careful. For example, around johnson johnson, i think the messaging has to be that look how careful our federal health officials are being that even something that looks like its One In A Million possible Side Effect is being investigated. We should havesome so much confidence in the vaccine thats we have in pfizer and moderna. 100 Million people have taken them without incident. Look, the Booster Shots, thats the science evolving. This say once in a generation pandemic. If were able to take the booster that will protect us more, that is great. I think we need to have public Health Messaging that is affirming of how safe they are. Reinforcement of how important messaging when it comes to a public Health Emergency. While, of course, covid19 is the major public Health Crisis weve been talking about, understandably for months, there is another epidemic in this country that we that is playing out that is unique to america. When ch is what weve been talking about the entirety of the show, Gun Violence. The Mass Shooting, you know, that im talking about, another Mass Shooting im talking about today. This is always caught up in politics. But im curious as your opinion, if you see Gun Violence now as the real public Health Emergency in America Today . Im an ear dr doctor. We undoubtedly understand that Gun Violence is a Health Emergency. Its also a public Health Emergency. What i mean fwha is there are Public Health tools that we can use to address Gun Violence. Study as a public Health Issue and the same way we study automobile safety. Were not trying to ban cars. Were trying to use Seat Belts and Drunk Driving laws to make it safer. Thats the same approach that we need to use for Gun Violence as well. When i was a Health Commissioner, we ran a program called safe streets that uses Community Violence Prevention methods proven to be effective. So using that kind of public Health Approach to Gun Violence prevention is so important especially now. Good to see you, doctor. Thank you. Thank you. Coming up, from sending a signal to china to sanctions against russia to pulling u. S. Troops out of afghanistan, the big moves that President Biden is making on Foreign Policy just this week. As carla wonders if she can retire sooner, shell revisit her plan with fidelity. And with a scenario that makes it a possibility, shell enjoy her dream right now. Federal court as we speak, the defendant were talking about is john ryan shaffer, hes one of the founding members of the oath keepers, the Para Military Group that we have talked so much about in the aftermath of January 6th. The insurrection on the capitol happening 100 days ago, this being the first guilty plea with all of those that are now charged. Well bring you updates as they come in there. Were also following an important moment at the White House. President biden is about to host his first Inperson Visit with a foreign leader, the Prime Minister of japan is scheduled to arrive in about three hours from now for this formal sitdown with President Biden, a senior Administration Official telling cnn that biden is using this visit to also send a very clear message to another country, to china, this visit is also rounds out a very big week of Foreign Policy moves for President Biden, Slapping Russia with sweeping sanctions, and diplomatic expulsions and retribution for cyberattacks against the u. S. , and interference in two president ial elections. Heres how Joe Biden put it. I was clear with President Putin that we could gone further but i chose not to do so. The united states is not looking to kick off a cycle of Escalation And Conflict with russia. We want a stable and predictable relationship. That was on top of a huge consequential announcement, hes withdrawing all u. S. Troops from afghanistan by september 11th, bringing to an end americas longest war. All of this just this week. Joining me for perspective is david sanger, Cnn Analyst and also White House and national Security Correspondent for the new york times. First on this first Inperson Meeting with the Prime Minister of japan, the framing and the reporting from my cnn colleagues is interesting, its not just a show of a close friendship between the u. S. And japan. What do you think of this signal to china, and do you think its effective . You know, the chinese are always concerned about the u. S. Relationship with japan, since World War ii thats been the closest True American presence, where american ships are based, where american intelligence operations are based. And so really the history of the past few decades, including back when i lived in japan in the 80s and 90s, was the chinese looking for ways to get in the way of that relationship. So what has biden done here . Hes invited prime Minister Suga to be the first Inperson Leader to come to the White House, not to be meeting over a virtual session. And the symbolism of this is that weve got to sew up the allies against a rising chinese Threat And North korean threat and of course its the opposite of what President Trump did, who threatened to pull american troops out of china out of japan and out of North Korea to the delight of the chinese when that was going on. I want to ask you about russia. Not just talking about the new sanctions that the administration just slapped on russia, but i also think, maybe most interesting on that front, is that the u. S. Intelligence community this week has disclosed for the first time that the russian agent who received internal polling data from the Trump Campaign in 2016 did pass it along to russias intelligence service. So the government drawing this line finally for the first time between the Trump Campaign and russian intelligence. I know this is now in the past, if you will. But sure. Isnt this important stuff still . It is. Because we havent written the history of all of this and it was the biden administrations subtle way, almost as a secondary headline to what happened yesterday, to say the Russia Hoax Wasnt a hoax, there really was a connection between the campaign and russia. But the primary import of yesterday was a sharp change in tone in which the administration has said this set of cyberactivity is off limits. Now, it was a little bit of a risk along the way because we dont know how the russians will retaliate and of course since theyre into those computer networks they have some easy ways in.
