JELEBU: The comedy club in Kuala Lumpur whose operations were temporarily suspended by the Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) on July 10 did not have an entertainment licence, said Deputy Minister of Federal Territories Datuk Seri Jalaluddin Alias.
