City seeks grant to make Moss Rock Preserve more accessible

The city of Hoover is seeking a grant to build a trail at the Moss Rock Preserve that is accessible to people using wheelchairs, walkers and strollers. The trail would stretch about 600 feet to the boulder field area of the Moss Rock Preserve.
