A fireworks display will also be stopped at the halfway point with a moment of silence being held to remember the tragedy at the Cowessess First Nation. The City is also asking people to join in a “Standing in Integrity Canada Day Rally” that will be held on Thursday. That rally, which is hosted by a group called Our Home on Native Land, will start at 220 Main Street North and end on Athabasca Street.
