City of Cape Coral investigates Councilwoman Patty Cummings' alleged residency fraud

Cape Coral City Council member Patty Cummings said she lived on Palm Tree Boulevard while she was running for City Council. According to an investigator hired by the city, she was not living there when she ran -- and did not live in District 4 until March 2023.
