9 & 10 News February 23, 2021 The fire marshal for the City of Cadillac will be returning to his duties following a plea deal related to a domestic violence case. Anthony Wolff pleaded no contest to aggravated domestic violence last March. He was originally charged with assault with intent to commit a sex crime. The plea means Wolff accepts his punishment but does not admit guilt. The City of Cadillac and Cadillac Fire Fighters Association Local 704 recently concluded arbitration proceedings related to Wolff’s termination. In accordance with the arbitrator’s decision, Wolff will resume his duties as fire marshal on Feb. 24.
