What They Say:
Have you missed her? She missed you. Cinderella is back and is making a list, uh, planning to kill everyone on it twice? In this issue, don’t miss the return of the Grimm Universe’s most insane … er, societally different, resident as she takes on Krampus in the north pole, oh, and holiday cheer … somehow. Don’t eat the red snow this winter!
Content (please note that portions of review may contain spoilers):
After a disaster of her own doing, Cindy finds herself engulfed within a glowing orb of energy and strangely transported across time and space to be returned to Philadelphia and her own time, no longer being chased by dinosaurs but still sporting souvenirs from her period of exile. However while this psychotic queen is happy to find herself home, the first thing on her mind is revenge on the ones who forced the extended vacation and fight for survival – the Musketeers. Although as she plans the most demented forms of punishment which no one should have to bear, the blonde murderess spots a familiar form dashing down the alleyway wearing a cape and feathered hat, causing her to immediately give chase. But when the prey is finally cornered and Monroe begins to stalk for a better position, she is surprised when her foe reveals itself to be something entirely different – a trio of multi-mouthed demons ridding piggy back and dressed in this unusual attire. However as Cindy verbally considers if this might be an alternate dimension in which she kills them either way, one of the miniature miscreants lunches a surprise drop kick which propels their would be attacker backward, and though she is mildly mad for the unfairness of this situation, it is the hidden net trap which maddens her even more. Swearing to repay them with the bloodiest of payback, these thoughts quickly are quickly silenced as she spots one of the minions raising her own stone axe in preparation to cut the rope supporting her impromptu prison, and with a sudden stop back on the ground, the violent criminal is promptly knocked unconscious.
