OXFORD COUNTY - The Oxford Winds Community Concert Band isn't going to let COVID-19 stop them from getting into the Christmas spirit. The community band is going to present their annual Christmas with the Winds concert for a virtual audience this year. Music Director Stephanie Riehl says the project gave members a sense of belonging and purpose. “Everyone misses rehearsing and seeing each other, and this was a wonderful way for the group to stay in touch, and also say thank you to the community for supporting music during a difficult time.”
